Hi great video been really useful to me, I’m just struggling to stop the pump motor speeding up to fast and foaming the oil. Did the positive end point to 20% left negative at 100. Is there anything else can try ? Any help would be great thank you

Brute Force hi many thanks for the kind words. Yes leave the switch in the off position but you will notice when you have completed the mix that the said switch will operate the pump as it did before if you turn it to the on position incase you need the pump to run permanent in the future. 👍

Hi. very ice video. Could you do an explanation of the Offset, Neg and Pos functions. Also is it possible to setup a delay? So for example the pump throttles down 2 seconds after a stick was released?

Hi great video, could do with some help tho My pump is running very fast after following your video and comments on limiting the positive end point 20%. Just seems to speed up to a high speed and foaming the oil up abit. Any ideas what else I can do thanks ?
Hi, thanks for the kind words. Ok if your pump is on channel 5 like mine, go into settings select end points and try reducing either the plus or minus values, trial and error. Or try the sub trim in the same menu, again trial and error.
Hello. Thank you for making this video. Unfortunately the method that you show here isn't working for me too well. For example if I set up channel 1 to work with the pump successfully? It will not stay programmed once I go to another channel. It's like when I program one it overwrites the previous channel. How do you get all channels to work at once with the pump???

Is it possible to start the machine with the pump always at 20% and then, as you move the sticks, increase the force, so as not to have so much slingshot effect?

Hi thanks for the kind words. Ok on your transmitter click the spanner icon to get into settings, then click end points, if yours is setup the same as mine your pump will be channel 5 on the receiver, click 5 and click positive, the percentage should be about 20% if you increase that it should make the pump faster, be careful though as not to go to fast.

ianyams I figured it out last night! haha thanks for the reply, all is working great now. Just need to tune how the pump speeds up when I want to control, it doesn’t go so fast at the top end. Cheers!!🍻

Set up a friend's hydraulic tracked loader very similar to what you've done, using that radio, but had it so the pump would only come up to about 50% off one channel, if you used another channel it then ramps the pump speed up to whatever maximum you set for it. Did it this way so it didn't slow down the movements when using more than one at a time.
On a side note, looks like I've copied you haha, bought a 580 few weeks back, love it and have since got a Faroe loader similar to yours, second han though, so she's getting a big strip down an rebuild

About the ESC of the pump, is the break enabled between backward and forward. Should the pump turn only one way and how is managed with the radio settings. Looking at the initial channel graphs, ch5 is 100% to the left but is not turning? When you move a stick, the graph of ch5 is gradual, does that means the pump increase in speed gradually?
Hi, the pump only goes one way and is at a constant steady speed set by esc, the speed is set on the channel 5 end points.
While operating the excavator, at what position is your channel 5 switch? So the channel 5 graph is no indication of the pump rotation speed, it is either at determined endpoint speed or stopped?
I have a Lesu pc360 and there is no indication which it should turn, I can only assumed from looking at other video.
Has the pump got a name or number on it?

Would this work with the FS-I6X? How do you also set up the radio to have full rotation? Actually, the rotation follows the stick's movement...

I like to know if I can set up my track loader so the pump doesn’t runs continuously I assuming is the same way so could confirm this before I try do it my self lol I jus want to make sure before I try so I don’t mess up anything I have the faroe track loader similar to your but I’m sure your is way better then mine . Don't press fly mode just swipe right from the main screen.
Hi there I've done as your video I have a 360l i have to switch the pump on using switch a on my controller usually I've done the mix but still have to switch the pump on so its on permanently love to be able to do the mix as shown to save power and pump life any ideas what I need to do ? Cheers
Hi, try going into settings and select the channel that is associated with the switch and change it from on to inhibit, if that doesn't work just reverse what I've said, it's only an idea.

I mate I need some help as I’ve just got a new flysky and just bound it to the hydraulic digger and done the video a the pump runs but none of the 3 hydraulic cylinders do anything.

Great video, the problem I'm having is my pump never goes to full RPM. Pump is Channel 5 which is also set to a switch to turn the pump on and off. I move the stick full in one direction and the pump maybe is 30% RPM. Same for all mixing. Set up exactly as you have with the EXP and the -100/100. Any ideas?
The other thing that is different is I don't have the number after MIX which I assume is just different mixing programs. . it just shows Mix then ON/OFF so I can only mix 1 master/slave?
The fact I only have 1 mixing program might be firmware. I'm on version 3.0 from 2017 and 7.13 was released 6 months ago. I'm not sure if that will fix the fact that I can't get the pump to spool 100%. If i adjust the subtrim all the way to the max 120 I can get say 50% - 70% out of the motor. I notice that when i look at the channels page the switch for channel 5 is up and the black bar is all the way to the right, this might be the issue,

Need to use one stick for tracks and the other for blade up down and tilt. Can you help.
Hi, possibly just change the connections over on the receiver until you get the desired controls on your transmitter.

Yes it’s the same method I’ve have shown as long as you have the same transmitter as the one shown. The difference will be you only have two hydraulic channels on your track loader whereas three on the excavator.

Hi, many thanks. My setup is with a 3s lipo also, these are my settings, tx high 6.0v alarm 4.2v low 4.0v. Rx high 6.0v alarm 4.2v low 4.0v. I have not had any problems like you described 🤷🏻♂️

can you tell me what version of fs-i6s firmware you got.it indeed help a lot but my transmitter is linear on throtle.so in the middle stick.the esc and motor think im on muddle stick

Hey I have the same radio mines all black though it has firmware from 2016 on it. Could this be the reason why I don't have an option to mix individual channels? I can only mix 1 channel not 3. Do you think the updated firmware would allow me to mix 3 channels and not only 1?

I did it twice and didn't help. I'll do it once again to be 1000% sure I'm doing it correctly. I think that something is wrong because it's eating the battery so fast!
