- This is the last video of this install series where we add the Magom hydraulic kit into the Huina 580. I go into detail on how to install all the ESC's and wiring to get this machine to work!. Also, a quick preview of the new colours for the excavator. If you need more clarity on what gets connected to what let me know.

take a look at the aliexpress upgrade. it seems to be a little better and cheaper. I have issue with the valve block. seems a lot of people do.
I want to get a hydraulic upgrade but don’t know if I should go for the cheaper version from huina or just get the magom arm

the track motors have a round green board on them do i need to take them off??
If you are doing the conversion yes. You will want to install ESC's to replace the green board.
Your radio modification is also highly interesting if those are 4d sticks
no they are not 4d sticks but they do look like them. I just 3d printed them.
So was everything here all bought in one kit?
The kit from magom has everything you need to convert it to hydraulic. You have to buy the huina 580 separately.

What direction does the pump run??? does it matter??
Yes the pump only runs one direction.the valves decide which direction tge cylinder goes.
Is it usual to use brushless ESCs...I see most rc excavators using brushed ones
Deoends on the type of motor. If it is a brushless motor then a brushless esc. If it is a brushed motor then brushed esc.

For the pump yes. For the tracks brushed is better. Think if you want fast then brushless. If you want slow then brushed.
Hey buddy I am a school boy of class 12 . After some days there will be a science exhibition. It will be very helpful to me if u make a video on how to install all wiring and hydraulic kit. In an excavator
I made another video on installing the hydraulics. This video shows how the electronics are installed. I would be a very long video if I had to show every single step like cutting the wire and soldering.

I bought the transmitter from Amazon. The sticks are 3dprinted. Search flysky fs-i6s

You can buy the centering stick for the flysky transmitter. Very easy to do. They cost like $5. Don't walk away from these just because the left stick is not centered. Buy the transmitter and add the stick centering kit. Very easy to do.

For what is BS5 ESC ,
Track motors, slew motor and any accessories you want to add that have a motor.
