He rejected a plea deal that would allow him to not serve any time at all. The evidence against him is probably very weak (his wife is a millionaire, but he... robs a store?), but this is still a profoundly dumb move. He is actively hurting himself by not having an attorney.

I know who his wife is or what not. But if I’m being honest. I believe they where estranged for awhile. And they either recently got back together and or it’s just a front for trial reason I say that is because if he was in good standing with her why are you even putting your self in a situation around homeless crack heads? And also why do you have a house in fl an she bought her a house in different state. However I don’t think state proved beyond reasonable doubt in this case but just my opinion based on the evidence that was presented. And there is absolutely NO physical evidence and only circumstantial evidence is a rat taking a plea to save himself and only one coD is testifying which speaks volumes also

He did this crime before they got married, she bonded him out, but they are no longer together, she kicked him out, so he probably don't have funds, however even a state appointed att would have helped him. But yes he was hanging out with all these people doing drugs , most of whom are homeless.. His smart mouth gonna bury him.. I think Travis was some what honest, for me when a person goes at other people for blame, like judge, prosecutor, investigation, instead of proving innocent or Albi, math not mathing

The interesting part is he has PLENTY of supporters saying the state isn’t on the up and up and that they “only” have circumstantial evidence ( as if jurors aren’t required to give it the same weight as other evidence). He has a fair amount of people commenting that he is innocent. I think he purposely designed this 💩show of disrespect and mockery for his entertainment. He has the support of attorneys who do counsel him daily, why not let them do their job without all the antics that would get real lawyers in big trouble. I know “our” system is far from perfect but his lack of respect for the court rules and procedures let alone decorum disgusts me as well.

I just watched this and his first witness. The look on that deputy's face when the judge rushed the jury out. This dude is so grandiose. He should have pled. He had a totally METHED up day, again. For a minute things didn't look too bad, but it's been downhill, day by day. His so called witness whose also one of the victims was traumatized, classic untreated PTSD. There must not be any victims support through the DA. Total debacle in beautiful Key West. Actually it sounds like the Keys is a mess. Unbelievable stuff today. I've never seen anything like it. Can't compare him to Daryl Brooks, the chaos is similar. I can't even imagine what's in this guy's mind.

In court, I’ve seen none win in a criminal case. Lawyers and regulators have done a good job making Trials & Hearings too complicated for even the smartest people to navigate. That’s why non-criminal lawyers will not defend someone in a Federal and State cases. All of the Rules and deadlines have made it super complicated. Even if the judge and DA want to give them some slack, their hands are tied by laws and rules as to how much leeway they can give. There’s a reason it takes years to graduate law school and CLE requirements. Most pro se people are arrogant, overconfident and narcissistic, which adds to the problem.

My first question being, who pays her hospital bill?.. Although seeing as Tucker's wife was at the hospital when Paula was testifying, makes me think she is.. As for his children and wanting to make them proud, how much time, not money, has he invested in their upbringing?.. I find Tucker to be a vile human being who is rude beyond belief..
