Why would they try pin this on Tucker they don’t have evidence to connect him to the crime. I would say there’s reasonable doubt.

A friend went to court recently in Chatham VA and was accused of strangulation. Forensic nurse ruled out strangulation saying they’re no injuries to the person but bc it’s a felony the attorney was able to charge $7500 instead of $2500 for misdemeanor aggravated assault. So the friend did not get bail, his attorney let him sit. He wanted to go before the courts and give the other person a chance to go back to the nurse. The forensic nurse never saw the person again and the person didn’t show up in court. A third court date was set and the person showed up and pled the 5th. The case was then dismissed. That’s the BS reality that goes on . When will court TV show us the realities of crooked courts and attorneys.

Hi Julia. Great video. I think this Tucker guy is in Big Trouble. I think the Judge does not like Tucker. Thanks Julia for all your hard work babe, keep it up. 😅 🇨🇮
Tucker is so full of himself I believe 100% he is guilty and this witness is so telling the truth.
Him just being there makes him guilty. But they haven’t put him there with DNA for sure. Neither the Johnson guy either!🤦♀️
I agree.
What do you think of Travis Johnson. I’m curious to know how you feel about him.
@@daniellethomas2915 Hi Danielle,
I believe this gentleman on the stand is telling the truth. I also believe that Tyrone is taking full advantage of Travis, especially his Ptsd. I also believe Tyrone has been taking advantage of people and their weaknesses for a very, very long time now.
In my humble opinion, from everyone's interrogation footage as well as this footage, Tyrone shows all the hallmarks of a psychopath. Glib, superficial, arrogant....just to name a few.
Watch the interrogation footage. Tyrone is a very dangerous individual, a true predator and camellion. I do not believe anyone has to have a diploma, accreditation nor affiliation to have an opinion of what Tyrone may have done with regards to the murder of a man who came to the aid of a woman being robbed as well as potentially fatally injured. My thoughts are with the victim and his family.
One of his main problems is that he never seems to object to any of the testimony-he is therefore not preserving any rights to appeal on these issues. He is also letting the witness during his cross be non responsive to his questions and instead let him to go on and say damaging things instead of requesting the judge to direct the witness to only answer his questions.
He's not an attorney. Cross examination is not easy, especially for a non-attorney. What did you expect 😂
Here's my thoughts tho. Even tho he's not objecting when he should be, etc. it seems plausible that the appellate court might scrutinize his trial more simply because by going pro se his trial is more likely to have errors in it. If they see somewhere where someone should have objected and improper evidence was admitted, they might still provide him relief. None the less, not having an attorney is still clearly a net negative
@udhehfhehcuw9169 if you don't preserve, it basically needs to be structural error-level bad. There wasn't really anything that was error that wasn't done by him (Namely getting rory Wilson's statement in). He is preserving on the bigger issues, namely the whole internal affairs bit, and he managed to keep out the proffer which was good
@@udhehfhehcuw9169 "by going pro se his trial is more likely to have errors in it". If a pro se makes errors, appellate court does not provide any relief. He is the one that needs to make objectives on his own behalf, and there is no relief for inadequate counsel when you represent yourself. Only possibility would be if the judge erred in allowing self-representation.
He is allowing Travis to ramble so the jury can see through his attempt to over explain his lies and see his short temper. On a side note - I don’t think he needs to appeal a not guilty verdict. Remember- the only person in this trial putting him at the scene is the guy who’s trying to save himself and he’s not credible at all. No physical evidence- no video - no phone data - nothing but a bunch of fired state employees who tried to play outside the rules.
Dude- he just called him out on the stand! He said you should know, you were there! WOW!!!! That makes me think he was guilty now. Why would he do that if he wasn’t?
He’s an experienced liar who over-explains, is short tempered, admitted he was in full blown addiction, military background, extensive knife collection, trying to use someone the state pointed their finger at as a scapegoat to save himself. He is not a credible witness.
I have an opinion that can't be biased... I don't know what's going on here, not following this case & woke up toward the beginning of this video. The person on the stand is destroying the lawyer (or whoever is questioning him, probably not a lawyer as they keep saying "when I" or "saw me" speaking about himself). The "lawyer" seems to think he's doing well, but the witness sounds truthful & none of the questions are getting to him.
The defendant chose to represent himself 😂 even thought his millionaire wife who is the founder of cross fit paid for him to have top notch lawyers but he turned them down.
@@natecrawford6411 Of course it's somebody like that who has unlimited resources! Imagine those imprisoned around him, trying to reach their Public Defender on the phone for the 200th time that day, looking at this fool & wanting to kill him...
I just do not understand if he is innocent why not trust his attys to represent him. I don’t trust people that choose to represent themselves. Him and his wife said he had excellent representation so why not let them properly defend u? Does anyone know anyone that successfully represented themselves in a trial charges
His wife left him not long after marrying him, shes not funding his antics
Really . I'm sure he's still wearing a wedding ring. Hope she has left him though @@Sam.IAM2
Self representation only has a significant success rate in one type of court with one type of defendant. Guess who it is? Prisoners who are pro se litigants in their own appeals. So there’s a chance it works, but you have to go to prison first! 😂😂
@@Sam.IAM2that’s not why. Those lawyers still representing his civil case. It’s cause he’s a psycho egomaniac who thinks he knows better than them. He represented himself before but wound up in prison. Can’t make this stuff up!
@@DaVinciSketch I actually was 50/50 UNTIL this cross examination,,,, just too damn funny,,,,
OMG! That cross examination was GREAT! I definitely question the witness statements after that!
He appears to me that he is full of himself. He is a con artist and I think by representing himself he is feeding his ego.
You cannot hide your guilt Tucker! We see right through you. With plenty of outrage and ex-wifey's money does not make you look any less guilty.
The man is testifying was the guy that was involved in murder.
He's such an obvious liar! Why wasn't his interrogation given to the jury!
My thought is that he is GUILTY!
he accidentally called his buddy by his first name then quickly corrected it.....ooooops
Seems like a lack of preparation for this cross.
I think the getaway driver could be one of the killers and he needed a name for a plea.
If you remember the two individuals walking in between the boats? Johnson has a unique walk, to say the least. But so does Tucker. If you rewatch that point of the video? Notice the walk of the individual that is further behind. And compare them as you watch this defendant walks around in court. And notice Johnson’s walk, the witness to be specific. Js🤷♀️
He's a narcissist
I think he told them “his truth” that minimized his actions or excluded himself altogether. Then they showed him the video and told him what “narrative” they NEED him to testify to IF he wants to HELP HIMSELF.
And as usual, has a fool for a client .
So funny when I hear people throw around the word narcissist all over just because they see somebody say. Then, they too parrot it. So common in today’s world. It’s pathetic. None of you have a mind of your own. There’s no narcissism involved here; he’s just fighting for his own life.
Travis has PTSD but here's the thing.... people with Ptsd become very astute at identifying danger as well as dangerous people imho only.
It becomes a super power of sorts.
According to Dr. Jordan Peterson, people with Ptsd have to develop a very deep and comprehensive understanding of the absolute malovelence they have encountered to survive Ptsd.
In Travis's case he is a veteran that lived the nightmare of war as well as too many personal family tragedies.
I personally believe all people with Ptsd strive for is some semblance of peace in their lives.
If you watch Travis, he is litterally looking at Tyrone like he is studying (with full understanding) the monster in front of him. He's looking at him like one would inspect a deadly, venemous snake.
The Canadian government was compelled to put out the full interrogation of Paul Bernardo into the public domain.
Tyrone Franklin or whatever his name is, behaves exactly like Bernardo to me.
Turn down the volume completely on his interrogation footage and you would think, just like Bernardo he was a CEO calling the shots in a meeting.
Chilling and equally important to strive to understand the nature of evil and how it moves.

Do you not know what happened? The “getaway driver” was the 2nd murderer not Ty Franklin. He didn’t even know these people. The other purp asked to walk with him to Burger King a few days later and picked up Ty instead of this tweaker.
Anyone who watches Tuckers full police interviews knows he full of poo poo ....rich wife has kicked him to the curb but always there for media interviews. Smh she likes the attention. She won't like it if it affects her bank account. He's involved and no way out. Him getting rid of his attorney was stupid on his part. He's not doing a good job.

This con man thinks he’s innocent and he thinks his the smartest person in the room 😂😅and a lawyer 😂
At least this guy on stand so called getaway driver took the plea deal ! Smart move ! I think all 3 guilty they all were there and conspired the crime ! Let’s see how the jury gets this one !
But the only ones DNA found at the scene? Was Rory’s! The one in jail now. 🤔🙄
Ya let’s hope the jury gets it right - you can’t convict someone without “credible” evidence and the state has not shown any other evidence than Travis’s story putting him at the scene. It could easily have been Travis who was running back to his own truck that night on the video. It’s pretty logical. He parked- the 2 go in - he stabs Matt then runs to his truck - parks it at the warehouse - changes clothes - walks to Tom Thumb- meets Rory and they walk back together to the warehouse. The state only focused on Tucker because he was at the Metro PCS store with Rory earlier. The last time the truck pulled up to the treehouse - it never circled back into camera view.

Interesting to see the comments after the verdict. He’s unlikeable for sure, but the state didn’t prove their case apparently. That begs the question, why would the other two guys say he was involved?

He had a team of private lawyers hired by the millionaire woman he manipulated from jail into bailing him out and marrying him! 😂 He FIRED them in September because they did not agree with his “defense” and Tucker thinks he knows better than lawyers. 🤣
Why would the witness vacillate about the video footage when his testimony is that he admitted his involvement after the detective told him the narrative which was before they showed him the video? If he already said he was part of it before they showed him the video, why still vacillate about being on video?
I believe he didn’t think they had as much evidence about his involvement in the beginning. He gave them pieces of the truth but not all but when he saw the video he came clean about it all. However, who can trust any of them, really?
@@brandyurban9415 Truth. Human behavior is as unpredictable as it has patterns of predictability.

My opinion, I disagree. Tucker is getting NOWHERE fast. Mr Cocky is GUILTY AF.
I would NEVER formally address a per-se defendant of whom I considered totally lying, while secondly contradicting my own sequence of events. For that matter,, right after John addressed Franklin in such a way, this per-se defendant might've caught this witness off guard to whatever exact extent. That said, when randomly (and probably surprisingly) asked if John had come up with his story on his own... the witness's first noiceable reaction of snickering for a moment seems to leave you to wonder if he did so in order to promote the gesture of "nice try" with that quick question (the impression of qhich John was probably at least trying to give off) or if this witness did so out of uneasiness or awkwardness, which could indicate the guilt of misleading on his own part. However, one... the discussion surrounding a terrorizing event that left even one person deceased is obviously not a laughing matter... You'd think that a witness such as John would've tried to adjust accordingly prior to even getting up on the stand. Secondly, it's at least something of more common for people who snicker out of non-seriousness... to reply rather briefly, but sharply or rather to the point that is... such as the event of John replying by saying "yes, my claims are true unlike yours." However, this witness seemed to dance around this yes or no question in his extended version of an answer, without actually digging his foot into the ground in order to firmly establish his position. That said, if one finds it convenient to laugh instead of actually provide a legitimate answer, then someone who reacts in such a way is at least more likely to not secondly desire to thoroughly explain when they obviously didn't have the reflexes to pounce on the question immediately (falling in line with a lack of seriousness). And John didn't snicker extremely soon after Franklin threw this curve ball at him for that matter. I wouldn't go as far as saying that this witness took way long to laugh, but the event of a comical reaction taking place, would seem to be at least something (that is) of more commonly associated with someone who practically entirely failed to have the ability to interpret this accusation as anything except a laughable falsehood. Lastly, the second time that John implicated Franklin as being a guilty co-conspirator... he did so without any provocation and didn't even try to passively descise this implication as a basic part of his answer... (I would've guessed this as an opportunity for the judge to call him out on it too) he just threw this guilt-based implication at Franklin rather randomly. That said, John certainly had a good, opportunity to reply similarly to Franklin after this per-se defendant asked him if he "came up with his story by himself", but the witness didn't find it in himself to do so at which point of convenience.
