Hi Katja, thank you for this gentle stretch routine. Would you consider doing some routines aimed at people recovering from covid who have fatigue? I have struggled to do more than 5-10 minutes at a time. A series of short videos of 5-10 minutes which could be done lying down or seated? This would be amazing. Being able to gently move your body to maintain your function and prevent body aches would be so helpful to many people. Thank you for your videos, prior to covid i was doing the whole range and loving the effort you put into each of them.
I've included these into my morning routine and can already feel the benefits of it throughout the day! 🧘🏻♀️ It would be really great if you could include more of these morning stretches with the similar duration of 10-15 minutes. Thank you! 😊🙏🏻
