Thank you! There are tons of options. In my area, there are open gyms for all levels to play through community ed or even at some fitness facilities. For leagues, usually through the city’s recreation programs, you can sign up as a free agent. There are also tournaments around which I find on Facebook. Draw tournaments are great because you just show up and get assigned a team. Usually when you get established somewhere, you start making other connections and then you turn into me and have leagues every night 😅
And even more in depth (I should just make a video on this at this point), the different levels are A (competitive), Upper B (upper intermediate), Lower B (intermediate), and C (beginner or recreational). Hope this helps!
