Thank you UA-cam family for joining me for another meal. This by far is my favorite. This Liberian food took me back to food similar to what my mom would while together .

Glad you enjoyed the food. Liberians know how to balance heat and flavor. And the variety of meats and spices that go into out dishes make it that more flavorful or as we would say, "sweet". Also, unlike some other West African countries, we also eat fufu with a spoon. I do both hand and spoon, but it depends on the soup I have it with or the mood I'm in lol. 🇱🇷
Yes, most definitely it was a great balance of spices. My goal is to try everything on this menu. lol. Hands down the best food was this Liberian food and Poke from Hawaii.

Mama Vee, I am not from 🇱🇷. Never been to Africa, but me and my family and friends are saving money to go and see, our mother's land 💖 💕 💓 ❤ that we have been hearing about, A friend of mine from Liberia 🇱🇷 was the one that told me about the dodo thing. Hahaha!!!

Mama, first off all, you are not supposed to chew fufu, second, we Liberians eat our fufu with spoons. And lastly, there should have been some dodo on the table before eating the fufu. Asked for dodo next time.
