I have never seen you take any short cuts, you do it right and if you have to replace something to make it right, then you replace it and you do it right. I love this honestly. Finally a UA-camr who decided to move to his own places to make a shop and actually use it as a regular shop fixing stuff for other people,fixing cars for reselling,painting and such instead of just being a filming studio for their UA-cam personal cars

Wow! That transformation is amazing! This forklift went from rusty relic to like-new beast. Great job on the paint job, especially considering you didn't take it apart. Those rims in black are a nice touch too. Can't wait to see it with the decals and seat installed!

looks great. the black rims made it look way better then all orange even if you put a non slip surface on the floor as well like bed liner or something similar that would withstand the abuse of in and out mud rocks exc..

Ben, whomever you got that Lull from has just done a lot of work to bring it back from doom; lots and lots of new hydraulic hoses with quality metal hose fittings on them, the motor looks to be a rebuilt long block with most of the original accessories reattached. The guy that did this is good at his business- this old dear looks ready to do another thousand hours, and your paint job just helped sell if. Loved watching you, non painter that you claim to be, do unmasked cutting on the wheels and cutting them in like a boss! You might have wanted to repaint the metal letters welded on to the boom- "LULL", they pioneered the long reach boom equipment and are a top brand. Great side job! Keep this guy's card handy- for the cost of the paint, you can likely build some good "paid on selling" change and give the YT crowd a WTF moment. They are also fairly quick to do- a nice change of pace from some of the projects that have lost their fun factor for you. I'd add a small sand blaster to clean the really tough spots and use a "machinery paint" self etching primer. Throw in a nice, tough, seat cushion, put an "eight ball" shifter knob on the control lever missing one and call it 105 % done. Looks like marriage is agreeing with you- congrats on that and many more great years to come!
