Hexatraction is a great product .I keep a box of those “grip tiles” laying around and comes super handy. I used it to turn a super slippery vintage 1990 Fanatic UltraCat windsurfer in a super-fast Race SUP 🤙

I'm debating on snagging a 1550v2 or an 1125. I've been running a 1600 for many months and I'm finally maxing out the speed and want more glide, and less low end grunt. The 1600 was awesome, up until I dropped from a 5'4" Pyzel to 4'1" Freedom Foil Board. It's just got too much grunt in bigger waves and I'm struggling to paddle and hold it down.
Thinking maybe a 1550v2 is the natural progression. Get more speed, glide and pump. Master connecting waves, and then transition to an 1125 for downwind.
Great explanation of the Armstrong lineup.

Thanks for the video!! Love the information and the good vibes. Question: Does Daniel ride the V200 with shims and if so how much?

It seems to me these are more for little turns but don't seem to glide so well or generate any down-the-line speed. 🤷‍♂️
