Just getting into the industry (added service to my lawn care company) and I think I’m already finding it might be more efficient to batch mix small batches job by job for surfaces rather than running the mix through the soft wash system and then having to deal with priming the line and then flushing it out after. Instant application from the batch via down stream or sprayer then either leaving it or rinsing with your softwash system. I have the super mini skid from SESW which is awesome.

If you haven’t bought his course “How To Wash” get on it. I’m starting up my business and his course has answered so many questions. Don’t over think it, chances are he will eventually answer every question that comes to mind during the course.
Nice work Capt 🤙🏻

Excellent info
💯
I always just use around a 2% mix and my surface cleaner comes out great everytime
💯
How can i do those mixtures using an xjet?
Glad you have all this Invaluable information for free out here Mike, living legend.
You bet- thank you
which surface cleaner u recommend ? which one is the one ur using in video
Mike, does this remove nasty water stains (caused by stagnant wayer on concrete)? Thanks.
dont have a presure washer but using 10% and a "jet" hose works wonder for oil stains.
great info
Thx
Is it true that all surroundings plants / grass etc should be sprayed with water prior to any bleaching work to help protect them against any effects of the SH & other cleaning products.
Great informative video.....
Neil .... south coast uk
Yes that's true so they can't absorb anymore pre soak and always post soak with water also
It doesn’t leave bleach spots, though when it dries
Great video. I wanna go 10 percent one day. 😂
Whenever I use hypo on footpaths it ends up killing the grass as well. How do I prevent this from happening. Thanks
Water
Thanks

So first wash the concrete with a surface cleaner let it dry. Then use sh at whatever % you decide to use. Let that soak for 10mins. Then use pressure washer to clean. Then hit it with sh again and let it dry. Is that ok?
It sounds fine, but if I was doing it for a business, I’m not gonna sit around and wait for it to dry
At a 3% mix, how much SH is used on a typical 2 story home
What’s a 3% and 5%
BUY Big Mike's cleaning course!
Thx
I was being facetious, twito!

does the bleach kill the grass?
It can if you don't know what you're doing
L&H coming in clutch I assume?
Or wait they don’t sell 10% do they? Where do you get you chemicals I’m in your market.
L&H sells 10%
@@AllAboutPressureWashing got it didn’t know that.
Why can't you just use hot water to clean it just wondering
Hot water doesn't kill organics
10% will not only damage but the biggest thing is it's a waste of money
Yep
4% if concrete has lots of organics for pre and post treatment. If average amount then 2% and if not too much organics then only 1%. Simple as
Thank you for summarizing exactly what was in the video.
I did a 5% mix and it didn't clean anything. I guess it is just dirt buildup in my driveway so back to just power washing as usual.
You didn't use a 5% solution, you have no clue how to mix.P
@@AllAboutPressureWashing He probably did a 5% mix of bleach to water not 5% strength mix haha
You didn’t have a 5% probably didn’t even have a 1% is what it sounds like 😂
Use a pump sprayer to spread it evenly
No
Yes!
👊🏻
Where do I get a surface cleaner that sounds like a chainsaw?! I want one! 😂😅
Lumberjack supply
@@AllAboutPressureWashing 😄
OR just take your time and don't run with the Surface Washer !
12 miles cool
Huh
A bunch of dirty concrete? I never knew concrete had a collective noun.
Yes
So in other words you should be thanking the guy that did it before. Concrete is like grass. You don't make money by fixing the issue. You make money by the home owner needing repeat work. The last guy did a good job and chances are he quit, it his equipment is broken. Everything in this current system bis made to break or need maintenance. Well do a great job they may refer you. But you want be getting a call about that side walk anytime soon if you fix the issue
I don't understand anything you tried to convey with that comment. Can you try again?
@@AllAboutPressureWashingright
What’s sH
...
Exactly
🚨So much for “telling” us how to mix up the SH and water for the different ratios.
So the question remains… “how much bleach DOES IT TAKE”…?????
I'm confused as to what your question is.
@@AllAboutPressureWashing I was hoping that you would say how much bleach to add to how much water to make those ratios instead of just showing the bottles with the ratios marked on them with black sharpie.
@@Jimmy_Cavallo Mix calculator is free on QuoteIQ. Or just do basic math. If you have 10% SH and want 5%. 10 / 5 = 2. So 1 part SH, 1 part water. If you want 3% then you'd go 1 part SH, 2 parts water (3.33% roughly but you can't perfectly divide 10 by 3).
This video isn't a math class.
You lightly sprayed on the first 3, then you poured on the entire bottle of the last one. That's a terrible way to compare them.
Shut up
Even though you're right, it doesn't really matter. As no one would normally use straight 10% for anything and it would've done more than the others anyway.
It never ceases to amaze me how much disregard Americans have for the environment
How is this bad?
The mass production and industrial scale uses of bleach are bad for the environment. The amount and strength used by Companies like this does nothing if you wet the surrounding plants and at worst if you don't, might kill some nearby grass or shrubs.
American or not has nothing to do with it, just people don't understand chemicals and think they do.
OMG this guy talks waaaaayy too much
I'm trying to hang in there man, but jesus christ get to the point
