@@jawes1 you are probably using the “Simplified View”. Go to the view menu and select “ADVANCED VIEW”

@@jawes1 what is your screen resolution? If your screen size is small some of the icons will be hidden and there is a small drop down arrow at the end that will show the rest.

I can probably do that. It’s slightly different for some of the MPCs though. Some of them have different connections.

Kontack is one sound at a Time how you use another Drum Machine with Multiple sounds on 1 plug in track . Kick , snare , Hi hats .. Finger drumming all pads at the same time!
Just open Maschine 2.0 as a VST and use whatever drum expansions you want.

Great video. How do you actually get the plugins into the actual software?
Go to Preferences and then to the PLUGINS tab and select SCAN ALL or SCAN NEW.
My MPC beats doesn't even show VSTs as an available option. All it shows is Air Music tech and Bassline, electric, and tubesynth under that category. Is there a way to get the VSTs onto the platform?
If you have VSTs on your computer in order to get them to show up in the MPC software you have to scan your VSTs. Almost all DAWs require this but some do it automatically. Go to PREFERENCES then to PLUGINS then select your VST install location on your computer. You can select up to four VST locations. These locations will be different depending on if you use Windows or a Mac and if you have used a custom installation location. Once your locations have been selected click SCAN NEW or RESCAN ALL.
I was having problems getting them in the software,but after a lot of tries,i got it.
Any VST you recommend?

VSTs can only be used in the MPC when it is connected to a computer in CONTROLLER MODE. If you have VSTs or are going to purchase VSTs, you get them into your system by going to preferences, then plugins, then SCAN NEW or SCAN ALL. You have to do that every time you get new VSTs.

can’t seem to see all of my vst’s of my beats programs, I tried reinstalling but that didn’t work.. any help? Thanks!
If your VSTs are not showing up and they ARE installed on the computer then you have to go to PREFERENCES and go to PLUGINS then either SCAN NEW or RESCAN ALL.
what do you do when you scan your Steinberg folder and all your 3rd party vsts fail the scan,they register and get scanned but they fail?
The plugins that usually fail are 32Bit or VST3. Most plugins that are 64Bit VST2 will run. 32Bit is no longer supported and VST3 is not supported yet but should be at some point down the line.

i simply can't get the Uaudio plugins to show in MPC 2.0 software, especially the vst3's , do you know why it's so difficult to get universal audio plugins to run in mpc 2.0?
The UAD plugins definitely work in the MPC Software. I just showed that in a quick video. On the other hand VST3 is not compatible with the MPC Software but if you are using a Mac computer you can run them as Audio Units (AU Plugins)

Nearly there, 99% reloaded all the softwear Native instruments in better folders! the keyboard works as it did before through N.I. I open up MPC, and followed the advice trom you, and now we have Komplete Kontrol Via menu plug as you showed, VST is there. HAHAH. The last problem is. I can load up complete instruments sounds and play them on the pads, in MPC, but, ( when it comes to the A49 keyboard , i get nothing. I looked up the options on the menu and seems to only want to see the S49 and not the A49 keyboard. But if I shut down Komplete Kontrol. and just go back to MIDI I can call up MPC sounds and, play them using the keyboard. How does that mess with your head. ?
They keyboard part is normal. I’m regular mode the keyboard AUTOMATICALLY looks for Native Instruments software which would be Maschine 2.0 or Konplete Kontrol. You have to put it into MIDI Control mode for it to work with anything else. In MIDI Control mode you can set it to control whatever aspect of the MPC Software that you want. Through the MPC MIDI LEARN feature.
Hello is a Way to Bring NI Maschine into The MPC Software… and record the note Data on MPC grid .. I load maschine my 4 drum sound to Sound Bank 1-4 on maschine , however by Trying record 4 different sound on Plug in track 001 on the Machine.. I can’t use the Akai drums pad .. the notes are all over the place .. However the maschine is synced Tempo wise with maschine . So I can record my pattern perfectly with the maschine pads the data appears on the Maschine grid etc .. But it doesn’t Record my data/notes on the MPC .. 5:59
I can assign my drums on pad 1-4 on Maschine .. lay something down .. But bringing Masc 5:59 hine in as a plug in On Plugin track 1
You have a conflict.. 4 sounds on the same Virtual/MIDI/ plug in track.. Keyboard plug plug in work because you are recording one note at a time.
I want to Sample with Maschine , chopping is faster /editing is Super easier.. The sounds in NI is Amazing.. However the the sequencer is Better and the MPC drum swing is One of Kind!
I don’t want drag NI sound to my MPC pad ! Etc I want to be able to use all my Maschine features.

You could always open the Maschine software up inside the MPC Software as a VST.
@@GhettoStyles Fam I know to open Maschine as a Plug inside the MPC..
But when I assign 4 Drum sound to Group A sounds 1-4 .. I can’t record anything, tapping my MPC .. All 4 sounds are layered together on All the 16 pads on the MPC!
And when I use the pads on Maschine Hardware.. The Note/ MIDI information doesn’t record on. The MPC software on the plug in track .. Try it Fam..

@@Phrozen716 Ok so it DOES WORK where you can play multiple sounds at once as in finger drumming with a drum kit.
Open the Maschine 2.0 Software as a VST inside the MPC software.
Next load your drum kit. I currently have the GO CRAZY KIT loaded from the LAZER DICE Native Instruments Expansion.
Next you have to click on GROUP then click INPUT. By default the routing is set to OFF.
In order for it to play all sounds like a regular drum kit you have to switch the routing to DRUMKIT.
After that you can finger drum to your heart's content. If this helped you out please subscribe if you haven't and glad to help.
Hoo, just been following your guidance The TubeSynth part, click on the little box arrow thing, and up pops Tube syth with controlls,, and now cant fndthat menu with defult list, would that be down to me not having my kewboard plugged in yet, as its not been delivered
actually no. If you have the updated version of the software that menu will no longer pop up. It has been updated to present a new Tubesynth GUI that looks much better. Much easier to use also.

@@normski262 Did you scan for your plugins if you already own some? If not you have to go to PREFERENCES then to PLUGINS then select your plugin location on YOUR computer and select RESCAN ALL or SCAN NEW.

I gotta figure out where to start lol... If it is not in the vst list the first thing you should do is go to PREFERENCES - PLUGINS and make sure your VST folder location is selected then try a Rescan All Plugins or Scan New. It should find them after that... Hopefully...
