Schumann - Liszt : Widmung played by Michiel Demarey

- Schumann wrote this as a wedding present for his beloved Clara Wieck. Later Franz Liszt transcribed this for piano. Clara was absolutely not a fan of that virtuoso piano transcription and found it a disgrace.
I have an enormously strong connection with Robert Schumann as if I have lived his life.
There was a Clara that loved me 8 years ago. I thought we were inseparable but my insanity and bipolarity destroyed our bond and relation while Clara supported her husband in good and bad times.
Today this goddess woman is still my eternal love.
This performance is my last one on UA-cam for a while. Maybe I will do some recordings with video later. I am frustrated and I feel useless therefore I need consolation, meditation, to work on myself.

Yes I agree. My apologies for that. I also regret putting the very Kitschy Mephisto Waltz intro (I hope you will listen to it). If all goes well I will record on a 1904 Steinway D with video. Then people can judge my appearance and spastic, autistic behavior. It was one of the reasons that I decided only to post recordings. But thanks for listening.
