Him and his wife (Dee's daughter) were still married when Dale asked him to help with the tracker and the safe. He seems like the type of guy that would do anything to please his fil, no matter how shady it sounded.
I guess everyone is nervous but I'm sure they will be better at the trial. When this was done the body hadn't been found.....but now it has. Dale really is a fool. What planet was he living on?
Not the brightest candle on the cake is he!? Is he meant to be helping her case?!? 😂 If he knew Dale & worked odd jobs for him I’d say Dale would probably not discuss his intentions in minute detail…unless he’s just as dopey?
This guy is Neurodivergent (adhd and or autism) and is a very literal thinker as well as he might have some audio processing disorder as well. They do come across as frustrated with him, but if it would just dawn on them about the above and adjust accordingly they would likely get quicker better fuller answers and he would be a much better witness. I feel for the guy.
This guys is shady. I think the family was shady in running the companies..Dee would take money to bank And if she sold something may pocket money… WTH
Dee had an extremely successful trucking company. She continually gave Dale money to bail him out because he was hemorrhaging money out of his business. This is a money motivated murder. Dale killed her because he wanted to take control of her assets. Which he did immediately and illegally after she disappeared. He forged her signature on many of the documents and even uploaded a copy of her identification. Dale was the one that couldn't run a business.
@@jeannehelmick5682 the business she owned herself was very successful and the only one that was profitable. If she wanted to pocket some of the money earned from the business that SHE was the sole owner of, what's wrong with that?
This witness is clearly on Dales side
He is probably an accomplice. And extremely dumb.
This man is very conveniently forgetful, until he is confronted with his statements to detectives! For shame!! Just tell the truth
This Guy has a lot of nerve trying to help this monster after him and his wife, divorce? WHAT A SHAME!!

Agree! He's getting on my nerves lol.
I had to turn it off @@luckewoman0348
@@surpriseimblack He seems like a soft spoken guy so I'm wondering if he was just very nervous.
No wonder he is an ex-husband.
Brian made himself look like an idiot. Better not repeat it during trial.
I bet his ex wife is happy they're Divorced. SO SAD!!
So this kid seems a smidge unreliable
Somebody’s been inhaling too many pesticides
Lol
See what I mean they can remember even the dew on the ground when it's about going out and killing something
One knows he’s lying! He knows a lot more and may have been involved!!

Dale is gonna end up in prison for the rest of his Life! This case will be pretty easy for Proscuters....
If they get a new prosecutor. This one stinks
@@susanlewis9351even with a stinky prosecuter they convict Dale....and now they found her body in a tank!!! It's a slam dunk.
Is this witness "hostile", or simply a bit slow?
Both?
Trying to coa!
This Proscuter isnt playing!! She's Good.
The problem is, whether you want to testify or not, if you get summons you have too...
Wow, invasive and non responsive to questioning.
All you need to do is bring up some free money like the stimulus during that time and immediately they're all going to remember everything
This guy acts dumb!🤣🤣🤣
I don't think he's acting. 😂

No, he just doesn’t want to be truthful. He’s fully aware that he helped Dale keep an eye on his wife
How convenient he doesn't remember so many things.

Now I'm just gonna make a guess here. Brian is a Trump voter. Not political. Just a guess.
Maybe he doesn’t vote at all. So why are you going there?
