- How to Brake on a Motorcycle without ABS or even with ABS.
This video was filmed when I was invited to the Pulsar RS200 Ride by Bajaj as a Special Guest. Pulsarmaniacs 1st anniversary ride. This is recommended for any motorcycle like the 2017 KTM Duke 390, 2017 KTM RC390, yamaha R3, Bajaj Pulsar RS200, Pulsar NS160, Pulsar NS200 etc or for that matter even for Motorcycles like the Triumph Street Triple, Kawasaki Z900 , Z1000, Z800, Daytona 675 etc. My Facebook Page: www.Facebook.com/Vikas.Rachamalla

For beginners, stopping a bike in motion is something that nobody usually talks about, it is always about how to start from standstill...!!
Thanks Vikas.!
as always..ur awesome in letting us to know the mistakes we are doing from a long time 👌 respect🙏

Vikas bro
How to brake in corners?
how to break on gravel?
how to break in a corner with gravel?
Yeah... that's a good question. Even I have few myths about the same
Ranjith Reddy dont brake in corners... Slow down before entering corner enter with the speed that u r confident and accelerate when getting out of corner
Pradeep godavarthi I mean if some obstacle suddenly kicks in while cornering, then how to brake?
Ranjith Reddy thats y u shouldnt corner in blind corners...... Visible corners or race tracks or one way....
Pradeep godavarthi let's assume, we are supposed to stop while cornering. How to Brake then?
Very informative. Really looking forward more videos of this type. I am currently looking to buy my first motorcycle and your videos are in my opinion some of the best. I always wondered as to why people spend thousands on a helmet but after watching your helmet buying guide even i am moving towards a well protected helmet ignoring the cost.
Thanks a lot it's really worked me being front brake phobia.. and i have improved overcoming my front brake phobia...
Thanks man Vikas.. Loved it

Braking on wet surfaces.. yeah few tips on that is required and will be very useful for many

Thanks for watching. Hope you enjoy my other videos too and hope you subscribe
it was great explaination about breaks but what should we do during panic braking on high speeds so that we don't fall off the bike especially from a cruiser bike.
Chitraank Gupta simple .... don't brake...
Chitraank Gupta you don't need to panic at that time...
There are few riders who gets panic (like me) when the rear wheel locks...
But the point is you need to be calm and control the bike as much as possible but be sure not to keep your all 4 fingers on the brake lever... While panic braking.
Always do 2 finger braking and brake according to the situation and distance ahead of you, gradually press the levers..
Engine breaking is very useful in those kind of situations. Ride safe.
meditateon2wheels engine braking might skid the rear tyer if you don't have Slipper Clutch
I ride a Royal Enfield Bullet 500, what I've learned from my experience is that if you go down one or two gears, there won't be any locking of the rear wheel. But it all depends on the bike you are riding I guess. Applying the front and rear brakes while engine breaking will reduce the chance of the rear locking as the bike slows down to the speeds suitable for lower gears. Practice engine breaking with normal breaking under safe conditions and make it a habit.
Good info, i'm from suriname. Apreciate that you explained in english for the world
Thank you very much mate. Hope you enjoy my other videos too and hope you subscribe.
nicely said sir ji 😁
i hope i could stay around you so that i can learn more and more from you always.. #Sir Vikas
Excellent explanation #vikasrachamalla :)
very useful information 😄😄😄😄
Awesome.
i just simply squeez them both first rear brake and then gradually front brake it helps a lot this has helped me in many emergency situations.
if you don't have abs this might be of help.
Thanks very much mate! Hope you enjoy my other videos too and hope you subscribe..
great explanation thanks
this video is very helpfuled to me.
Thanks. I didn’t know this
very important information , plus I saw a Lorenzo helmet , pretty interesting
Thanks very much for watching! Hope you enjoy my other videos too and hope you subscribe.
well explained guru
Nicely explained bro, but I'd be better if we keep a habit of using both break everytime to stop the bike. Front break has 90% stopping power, but if we squeeze it too hard, front tire will start skidding and lose traction and either we'll fall or collid with something or someone.
I was new to bikes, bought pulsar 135LS back in 2014 and found out that rear breaks was just gimmick not really works much in 135LS(not sure about other bikes) so I started using front brake its works like magic with rear combined together, bike comes down to 40km from 85km really fast. I have't ride any other bikes but 135LS got excellent front disk break.
Good information. My two cents are that I keep two fingers on the front brake lever instead of one as it gives me more control over the pressure application when I want to.
Thank you. Hope you enjoy my other videos too and hope you subscribe.
Great info

If people come in front of your bike when you are at high speed, what should be the actual procedure of braking ?
Peter Aremone ☺️😊😊
Hold both brakes in same 70-30 way . But don't hold for too long so that it locks up
