If the bikes starter is making noise but the bike won’t turn over to start, then check that sensor. It goes in with the wires going towards the clutch panel, which is opposite what you would think.

Here are a couple things you can try. Make sure the clutch is adjusted corrected to eliminate free play and it engages properly. Check that the clutch cable fittings are greased and move freely. Lube your clutch cable and make sure it's not binding anywhere. This should make it feel less stiff. (it's most likely your cable is either routed incorrectly or it has never been lubed.) I'm not entirely sure what you mean, but I'm going to guess no.
What do you mean by one tooth back?
The last plate, just rotate it one notch when you insert it. If you watch the video closely, you can see how to place it.

Leaving some of those silly lower plastic parts off permanently can make the engine run cooler.

Did you figure out why? Same thing happened to me
the clutch need oil? i have put this engine on my kart, is work in progress
It's a wet clutch, the engine oil runs through this area. No need for separate oil.

I had an F2 and you had to remove the springs and remove the nut In the middle of the clutch while keeping the clutch from spinning. There is a tool to keep it from spinning but many people just use something soft like wood to jam in there and keep it from moving, and not break any gears. The F3 may be different, I'm sure there's a write up online you can look at
