I love the fact that Gordon asks his daughter questions so she can learn a little as they go along, Tilly is lovely enjoy when you can Gordon as they become different when older, but seriously you are blessed with the kids, they are interested in what you do its fantastic to watch, and you are so calm when around them, well done mate.
Tilly just roasting him saying they don’t need anyone else in the bakery 😂😂😂

At 20.05 when Gordon ask her who is going to be the chef of the bakery , she answered we're not going to to do that, we both have different roles . 👍
she's a really good cook she only looks about 9 well done to her x for cooking good with her dad x

I love Ramsay, and all, but man, his house is a mini warehouse for a restaurant. If I was to buy fish here, or any of the rice wine, soy sauce, sesame oil, and use it for cooking, I'd go bankrupt in a year.

The one question I have with this (based off what I've watched so far) is the basil overkill. There is a lot of basil in the blitz itself, wouldn't the garnish be better as parsley or altering the basil in the blitz? Just seems to be starting to overpower the dish. I am far from a pro and enjoy the videos, but basil isn't a mild flavour. Just wondering. I am here to learn after all.
