1 cup garlic scapes, cut into 1″ pieces
1 cup fresh basil leaves
1/3-1/2 cup walnuts or Pine nuts or sunflower seeds
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
Sea salt and pepper, to taste

Hi! I have never had scapes do they have a good garlic flavor? This looks so good!
Hi. It does have a garlic taste. Quite strong actually. Not as strong as garlic but it has a very nice flavour.
