    I love the garlic scape butter idea. I have 165 head of garlic scaping now so will do a bunch of butter. It sounds really good.

    I learned how to make a compound butter years ago from another youtuber, The Queens Cabinet. She hasn't posted in over a year BUT I did learn if you put the mix into plastic wrap and roll it. It will make a log for you. I hope that helps. I can only grow soft neck garlic in 8a Mississippi. Thank you for another great video!

    Looks delicious. Garlic scape pesto is another way to preserve them as well. I do it without cheese so it freezes better.

    You can freeze dry then and then grind them up it will be garlic powder.

    I am concerned about a rock being in contact with food, because of harmful metals and poisonous cadmium pigments that can be found in some rock and it's dust. 😶
