This song is an obvious adaptation from the Jeff Beck Group song “Goin’ Down” who rocked it as well. Didn’t know Ted ever covered it. Pretty cool.
Uncle Ted Owns IT!
the way he is doing all the effects with his picking hand like dive bombs is crazy !!! he can pick with anyone -really on top of his game here
Saw him when he was on fire in 76 loud af ...2 hour show with all those fender dual showman's before he retired them....never heard any guitar that loud, couple days my hearing new it 2...saw him late 80's wasnt the same but saw him twice with Damn Yankees and he was back!!
ted nugent is an american treasure
Love me some Ted!!! ❤️❤️❤️
2019 tour at Pine Knob, he still rocks with undeniable energy. Is absolutely insane
Sweaty Teddy ain't never gonna make the NYC and LA critics happy.
But that doesn't matter. Because there's a LOT of rock'n'roll between those coasts...
If only Ted had a little more confidence ... lol ... Thank You Ted.
I know, he is a little soft spoken, isn't he?
Yup , I think that outfit squeezed all the confidence right out of him , LoL.
@@Dan_Dearborn LOL...
@@SongWhisperer I'd be willing to bet with my last dollar on that one
@@wesnorthcutt639 LoL .
Ted Nugent is the sexiest rocker of ever. I'm serious.Thank you
Only Uncle Ted knows how to crash a party and get it cranked up
One of a two vids I've seen of Ted (Cat Scratch Fever) and I'm really impressed!! Wished I'd paid more attention to him then . . . 😖
How do you not miss this today. My god my kids and grandchildren have no clue. Are you watching this fing maniac , he is one of a kind
I remember seeing this performance on a VHS videotape not long after it was broadcast, as my dad (1937-2006) had recorded it from TV. Somehow the videotape got lost over time, so I'm grateful to the person who posted this! I remember how the performances preceding it were more country-ish and laid back (which is cool)... then this MANIAC comes roaring onto the stage and amps things up quite a bit... GLORIOUS!!! (LOVE the stealthy entrance! Clever touch) Dad and I LOVED this performance... ah, memories!
And that part around 4:15 where he jumps up on the piano -- classic Nuge!
Breaking news... I FOUND THE MISSING VHS VIDEOTAPE!!!!
So great to see Charlie Daniels again!! Ted, off the hook, as usual!!
GREAT JAM!!!!
Nuge is one of the best guitar players ever! And the only reason he’s not in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame (except thru Amboy Dukes) is because of his politics. But that’s okay Motor City Madman. Stay true to what you believe like you always have. I saw him in 1977 @ Anaheim Stadium with Lynyrd Skynyrd and it was a helluva show! He’s one of the best.
Ted Nugent is a true American Patriot. He doesn't pull any punches he loves America and citizens and the man has a lot to say worth listening to!
nugent on fire he is such a great complimentary player he sounds incredible!!!
Saw Ted perform, about 1 week before The Amboy Dukes released Journey to Center of the mind album. In a bar, in Ann Arbor. Sat on the floor, in front of the stage. Ask him about Stanly Andrews. The PA company owner, and amp modifier of his Twin Amps. I'm the guy that dis assembled and re assembled those amps at Stanly's ranch. Stanly did the soldering stuff. Used to stand on the sidewalk, on State Street, Ann Arbor Mich.; and listen to Ted practice riffs, etc. Yea, he was indoors, but easy to hear outside !
