Very Related sir , I'm can feel what u saying about deserve meal. it's really motivated a lot when i take a cheat meal after weekly or monthly diet , and feel also good mentally ,i exactly follow the same and give my self reward through deserve meal after diet .
I personally find intuitive eating the best, there's no such thing as a CHEAT meal , all foods are like people, ofcourse there are people you spend time the most with, I e your nutrient dense food, and there are people whom you naturally meet less, those are calorie dense food, problem comes when we start to have black or white in fitness, health and wellness exists in the grey area

Good explanation of CM/CD concepts. Thanks! I have a different perspective, and we are talking about those 99.99% people. These CM or CD are not sustainable. Unless one is a competitive athlete, or your profession needs it, people will jump out of CM/CD and move to binge eating very soon. But what if u incorporate the same in your daily lifestyle, I mean if it’s still fitting your macros, and not jeopardising your goal and health, you can have your treats more often rather than just waiting for that Sunday to arrive so u can cheat. Make sense?

Yeah this is the right word Akshay sir deserve day or deserve meal so from now onwards I'm replacing this word cheat day or cheat meal with deserve day I'm doing intermittent fasting i lost 6 kg with (If) now tomorrow will be my deserve day i can have whatever i want but in moderation 🙆

You don't need to count the exact amount of calories you are eating. Because the amount of calories you burn per day can't be measured exactly. If your body fat percentage is higher( if you can't see your six pack abs) you can still build muscle on a calorie deficit. You don't need to be in a calorie surplus.
