i don't understand why people dislike his videos ? free ki advice hai leni hai lo nahi to mat lo .... gym jake dekho kabhi apne trainer se puchna diet ke bare mein ... ghanta pata hota hai diet ke bare mein, rajma chawal bateyga tumhe diet mein :D ... ye banda tumhe personal training de rah hai free mein with diet plan aur kya chate ho ? stop disliking some one hard work and knowledge . i request you all :)

If I weigh 67 kg with around 15% bodyfat and if I want to go on a fat loss program, then my daily calorie intake would not be 2000 cal (assuming I am on a deficit), as you recommend in your programs. Clarity on this will definitely help. Thank you.

What about refeed days? I’m on a pretty hard cutting diet right now I’m losing 1.5-2kg per week and I refeed myself 2 days a week to avoid metabolic damage and to avoid gaining back weight after I’m done with the diet . Is this okay ? I was 84 kg when I started , rn my goal is to be 63-64 kg before 2018 because in 2018 I will start hitting the gym to get gains . I weigh 67 kg and am 6 foot around 13-14 % bf . I’m 15 . Should I not even have refeed days where I eat healthy food ?

Sir please clear one thing. If workout is to be done for 45-60min. how can we follow mass up back and bicep schedule with 3 min rest as there are 7 X 3 sets x 3min rest x workout time appro. 40sec = 75min + warm up ????
