I eat 12 roti a day and I used to get fat quickly but now I do hardwork in the gym and mostly I do CrossFit training and compound heavy lifting exercises. And now I have good physique Even I eat full indian food which is available in kitchen also I enjoy my food alot as well as my workout. Just I customized my diet with adding protein like dairy products, chicken and eggs to balance the protein intake but I never follow western bull shit diet. Every country has there own culture and we also have that, Indian food also part of our culture because we are Indian. So, always follow our culture. Thanks sir ! Humari aankhe kholne k liye ❤️

I want to bring one recent incident in gym in US. An Indian guy did workout and fainted. The trainers have basic emergency training here upon investigation he revealed he didn't eat because someone said he can reduce weight. He was lucky he didn't hit any weight and didn't have to go for CT scan and trainers here are trained for emergency situstion but not everyone is lucky. Please please guys if you enter gym please eat whole day, drink water.

I think you are lactose intolerance so avoid milk and you eat curd instead of milk which help and work like prebiotic.
