this workout is working very well, i can tell it is because it makes my abdominals BURN. some people may think the "flat belly in 14 days" is clickbait, but no, its real. it works perfectly as long as you do it 3x a day: 1 in the morning (right after you wake up to maximize effect) 1 in the afternoon and 1 in the evening/night. for a perfect 6 pack you have to do this workout for longer than 14 days, but not very long. (i did my research.) Make sure to eat healthy and not go over your calorie count. Eat more protein than you usually do to get bigger muscles faster, and eat less sugar. Work hard, you can do this 💪

My Diet Plan Breakfast Cornflakes K special . Do not eat so much as you have to loose weight. Lunch White Rice with pulses. Any pulses/daal you can take . Eat in less quantity than you eat generally. Day 1: Start!!! Day 2: Done. Day 3: Done but so tired. Day 4: done. … Day 14: finished, lost about 2 inches and noticeable fat loss, I will keep doing this I will update everyday
Day 7 and i can see that I have more stronger abs and my chest has formed but my abs cannot be seen properly I will start working on obliques separately though because I need to work harder for them. But this is really affective and people who are reading this,if you are thinking to try this do it results are worth it and you feel happy and more confident with ur abs. I will edit on day 14 and I hope to go until day 100. (Btw I’m writing this so that when I come back on day 100 I will know I have made progress)

i remember using this video when i was first starting out, i recommend it a lot! you’ll already see progress on day 5 (if you do it twice a day while also getting on a healthier diet) after about a month you’ll look absolutely stunning! keep up the work, fellow internet strangers.
Day 1: Abs are sore and legs but I can hopefully make some progress Day 2: Abs are still store and cut out all junk food out my diet hopefully the exercises will get easier.

I currently am 48 kgs and i started this workout. I am having troubles with flutter kicks 4:43 so I have to stop for 5 secs when the timer reaches to 20 secs left. I am writing this on day 3 unbroken, and i do feel a little pumped up. Keep on the work, builders, lets lose fat together!

Can you please add in each exercise what should be avoided while we are at each drill ( like no arch in lower back i.e. back should be completely touching the floor , while doing leg lifts ) etc. Instead of the music you can add your points so that the follow along drills are done correctly . Okay, so I've seen a lot of comments given over here who are trying to give updates, but now have stopped. So, I'm here to give a regular update, although it is my 4th day today so sorry for that. Kindly note that I did only 1 set of these exercises for the 1st three days, but I'm going to do 2 sets of these exercises from day 4. I'm also following a calorie deficit diet as well. And yeah, I'm in the 10th and my boards are going on so incase if I miss a day, please don't think I'm faking all of this okay. Thank you. Update: Day 1: My entire belly felt dead, and I realised how weak I am, but really felt the burn. And legs are dead as well. Day 2: Did a bit better than day 1 but still my belly hurt alot. Again, legs are dead ☠️ Day 3: Felt much much much better and stronger than the previous day's. Belly did hurt but not as much as it did on the 1st two days. Now, for my legs, didn't hurt that much as well as compared to the previous day's. Day 4: I'm feeling refreshed and better day by day and I'm starting to see the results already. Not alot tho, but everyone did say I look a little thinner than before, which I can see my self. Belly fat has burnt quite alot which I can see. Legs didn't hurt at all this time, just a little. But after doing 2 sets I feel them hurting a bit just like it did on the 3rd day. Day 5: Couldn't do the exercise today as I had to prepare for my tomorrow's examination. Day 6: Day 7: Both the above days, I couldn't do it Day 8: finally did the exercises again, and I felt better and refreshing. And this time, I didn't have any pains in both, my arms and legs Day 9: I can see the changes in my body already. Feeling better day by day

Day 1: too ez it was light work, didn’t even feel any challenge while doing it 😎 Day2: easier Day3-6: because I added other workout too my body do get a little sore Day7: tiny little bit of change (could be imaging, but I think I see it) Day8: nothing changes, this workout don’t effect my body getting tired because I’m use to it Day9: nothing interesting besides the fact that I can somewhat see my upper abs (the top 2 only) Day 10: nothing much (I decided not to be a 🐱 and do them at one setting everytime I check likes) Day 11, I did 2 more sets but because I’ve been lacking on those stuff lately the second one is hard to do, though it didn’t bother me that much because my body was healthy so I could do them both, the abs got less visibility because of not doing workout
Aight im back with the reports, didn’t respond fast because had school work and other while doing these workouts, it’s definitely working, one thing though is that I no longer eat junk food so I don’t know if that have anything to do with this

Can you please add in each exercise what should be avoided while we are at each drill ( like no arch in lower back i.e. back should be completely touching the floor , while doing leg lifts ) etc.
Instead of the music you can add your points so that the follow along drills are done correctly .

I have done day 2 now after 15 hours I’m gonna start day 3
Okay, so I've seen a lot of comments given over here who are trying to give updates, but now have stopped. So, I'm here to give a regular update, although it is my 4th day today so sorry for that. Kindly note that I did only 1 set of these exercises for the 1st three days, but I'm going to do 2 sets of these exercises from day 4. I'm also following a calorie deficit diet as well. And yeah, I'm in the 10th and my boards are going on so incase if I miss a day, please don't think I'm faking all of this okay. Thank you.
Update:
Day 1: My entire belly felt dead, and I realised how weak I am, but really felt the burn. And legs are dead as well.
Day 2: Did a bit better than day 1 but still my belly hurt alot. Again, legs are dead ☠️
Day 3: Felt much much much better and stronger than the previous day's. Belly did hurt but not as much as it did on the 1st two days. Now, for my legs, didn't hurt that much as well as compared to the previous day's.
Day 4: I'm feeling refreshed and better day by day and I'm starting to see the results already. Not alot tho, but everyone did say I look a little thinner than before, which I can see my self. Belly fat has burnt quite alot which I can see. Legs didn't hurt at all this time, just a little. But after doing 2 sets I feel them hurting a bit just like it did on the 3rd day.
Day 5: Couldn't do the exercise today as I had to prepare for my tomorrow's examination.
Day 6:
Day 7:
Both the above days, I couldn't do it
Day 8: finally did the exercises again, and I felt better and refreshing. And this time, I didn't have any pains in both, my arms and legs
Day 9: I can see the changes in my body already. Feeling better day by day
day 1 is done it is tough but i think it is effective
I do 4 Set's 2 in Morning & 2 in evening . I dont want Abs but i want to reduce belly fat . Even more amazing thing is that i feel relaxed mentally ...🙏
Ab workouts don’t reduce belly fat….. you should only do these after you have reduce belly and and this helps you reveal them mor

Day 1: too ez it was light work, didn’t even feel any challenge while doing it 😎
Day2: easier
Day3-6: because I added other workout too my body do get a little sore
Day7: tiny little bit of change (could be imaging, but I think I see it)
Day8: nothing changes, this workout don’t effect my body getting tired because I’m use to it
Day9: nothing interesting besides the fact that I can somewhat see my upper abs (the top 2 only)
Day 10: nothing much
(I decided not to be a 🐱 and do them at one setting everytime I check likes)
Day 11, I did 2 more sets but because I’ve been lacking on those stuff lately the second one is hard to do, though it didn’t bother me that much because my body was healthy so I could do them both, the abs got less visibility because of not doing workout
Aight im back with the reports, didn’t respond fast because had school work and other while doing these workouts, it’s definitely working, one thing though is that I no longer eat junk food so I don’t know if that have anything to do with this

Day 2: no improvements and still can't finish flutter kicks but I won't give up
Day 3: I feel the burn after and workout gets some what easier but abs didn't change much and my stomach is a bit smaller
Day 4: I feel the burn when I wake up and Sunday's for church
Day 5: didn't feel like it
Day 6: I'm starting again and nothing really changed but my abs are starting to shape
Day 7: no change
Day 8: no change but I almost finished flutter kicks
Day 9: gotta go to bed it's too late
Day 10: I don't wanna
Day 11: still don't feel like it but I'll start doing it on weekends
Day 12: didn't have time
Day 13: workout a lot easier and I can actually finish flutter kicks

Day 15: Workout is far easier than day one and my stomach shrank a little

Day 20: Nothing really

Day 24: couldn't do it twisted ankle
Day 25: same reason
Day 26: I wake up with the burn
Day 27: I realized I shouldn't put hands behind my back that's probably why I get no progress
Day 28: I tried it the workout is harder but i feel the burn.
Day 29-32: I didn't get much progress but abs are shaping more

I started these exercises from 1st june. I do two sets of the exercises in morning and two sets in evening also .please tell in how many days I will get my six packs abs
