    Guys I am gonna do it and keep you updated!
    Day 1: Nothing changed (obviously)
    Day 2: Lost 0.5 kg
    Day 3: Lost 0.7 kg
    Day 4: Lost 0.5 kg
    Day 5: Lost 0.5 kg
    Day 6: Lost 0.4 and kinda could see six pack
    Day 7: Lost 0.2
    Day 8: Lost 0.2
    Day 9: Stopped this exercise because I lost 7% of fat and could see abs clearly
    This exercise was really helpful.
    Ps:In addition I was in high protein diet and took cold showers every day to boost metabolism.

      @@TheGainzCenter I lost 8 kg . And I can totally feel my quads , chest and triceps tighter and stronger than before . btw that 500 calorie workout was the real deal . I wasnt able to perform the excercises in a good form for a day or two but results were visible from the thirds day . Imma go and do the 30 days muscle build challenge from tomorrow

      @@devanshsanghvi4942 Its because I was very overweight tho . I am 85 rn and I dont lose weight that easily now . 1 or 2 kg a week . I used to be 98 kg . It was also because of my diet . I am still devoted to it and I am losing weight .

      @@VINAYSINGH-vw9yr honestly yes. I was wearing my band 8 and monitored the calory burn.. Workout ofcourse include the warm up and cool down.. And you'll have to do fast and intense the entire duration of the exercise so you'll gonna race your heart..

      Be sure to complete 2 - 3 sets daily with a 5 minute break in between! Follow along with the exercises in the video till you complete the last exercise. After your 5 minute break, just refresh the page and you are ready for the next set!

      It is best you can do in 1 session. But if you are really unable to do it due to time constraint, doing on 3 separate sessions is better than not doing at all
