I need to find whole head on shrimp in Savannah, GA. I feel like you’ll get the most flavor out of them. The leftover shells, heads and tails will be perfect for shrimp or seafood stock. Shrimp is one of my favorite types of seafood and is the “fruit of the sea” indeed according to Bubba Gump. You can do anything to it. You know how it go. Keep it up, sir. 😂👍🏾

Here's a tip... After you devein the shrimp and wash them, set them in a colander and put a plate (flipped upside down) on top and then put weight on the plate. Let them sit and dry a bit. The plate on top helps squeeze more of the moisture out which will help to keep the shrimp from shrinking when you cook them. Also gives them a more pleasant texture when eating.
