Same thing happened to me. Those bolts broke because they backed out into the case. When you install a torqlocker you are supposed to install their special nord-lock washers and upgraded bolts. It doesnt say this anywhere in their directions but when I called them they acted like it was 100% mandatory. Their washers and bolts are only $40
Yeah, we did purchase and install their washers and bolts. Consider checking the backlash as well. Other than that we do drive it pretty hard, its been holding up fine since we fixed it.

Wow! I can't believe Kevin broke those bolts! Did they just come loose? Or, was it from the torque put on that part? I was going to suggest the lock-tight but he's using it!!! Must be too much horsepower.... (-:
We thought they came loose but nope, they broke LOL. Yeah we think it was too much power too.
How did you mod your front end??
We installed a torque locker and gussetted the front bulk head with the tmw kit. The shock tower is made myself. Hope that helps
