Thanks for your message, it really depends what type of watch your interested in designing. The direction would depend greatly on what price category you are looking to compete in, country of production and how custom the design is. For instance, if you plan to use ETA movements these can be sourced. If your interested in having a caliber designed from scratch you would need to contract with a movement design firm. Therefore what people to find will vary greatly based on your initial concept. Thanks again!
