    Really enjoying your workouts.. I also had a request.. I have pcos and people with pcos tend to have a tire arround their waist line which is very difficult to get rid off. Now I know u have a separate video for love handles and upper body fat. But what I want is a full 30-40mins workout with cardio + targeting back fat (bra bulge and neck) , love handles, and arms workout...

    Good morning ma'am

    I have been regular to your pcos and fertility videos.
    Last day i have done a Bmi scan which said, waist and hip faat is more 30%
    My weight is 50kg,
    Belly fat and sometimes iregular periods hits.
    Im confident enough and sure that myself requires a regulat workout to ease all the issues.

    What are the diet to be focused to reduce this fat.

    I have been doing so many cardio exercises for more than a month but my weight is not going down even after dieting and all and I have PCOS as well it's really disheartening... Can somebody suggest me something to lose weight easily 😢

      Weight loss happens 80% on diet (with calorie deficit) and 20% on exercise. Please read about it online. Exercise is only 20% that being said you have to be doing 2-3 days of cardio, strength workouts in combination with yoga, and pilates videos on my channel. You have PCOS which you need to cycle sync with hollistic workouts to avoid cortisol increase. Doing too much of cardio will elevate hormonal imbalances. Also loosing weight in a right way takes months to years and not days with complete discipline and consistency. Good luck

      Great job ❤️ For belly fat you have to work on calorie deficit. Exercise is just 20 % of the work food is major. Also do more cardio to loose fat from belly :)

    Mam can I loose my weight , belly fat ,face fat and double chin only by doing dance workouts at home! Coz I love dancing I'm 22 yr old my weight is 56.9kg and belly fat 34 inches

      You should be doing mix of everything. Dance alone will cause knee and back problems overtime, which is not recommended health wise. You should be doing yoga, pilates ,body weight exercises, strength training and stretches to strengthen and tone your body. Stay consistent and make fitness a lifestyle if you want to stay fit.

      This is cardio workout. You need yoga, pilates, strength training and cardio for weightloss. Just one style won't give you progress. You need to do all of them. pick one style each day:)

      @@sushmitaghosh4821 Intense workout when done everyday is bad for PCOS. But you can do it once a week for sure to prevent weight gain which occurs for women with imbalances:) So go ahead and listen to your body's cues❤️👍🏻
