Weight loss happens 80% on diet (with calorie deficit) and 20% on exercise. Please read about it online. Exercise is only 20% that being said you have to be doing 2-3 days of cardio, strength workouts in combination with yoga, and pilates videos on my channel. You have PCOS which you need to cycle sync with hollistic workouts to avoid cortisol increase. Doing too much of cardio will elevate hormonal imbalances. Also loosing weight in a right way takes months to years and not days with complete discipline and consistency. Good luck

You should be doing mix of everything. Dance alone will cause knee and back problems overtime, which is not recommended health wise. You should be doing yoga, pilates ,body weight exercises, strength training and stretches to strengthen and tone your body. Stay consistent and make fitness a lifestyle if you want to stay fit.

This is cardio workout. You need yoga, pilates, strength training and cardio for weightloss. Just one style won't give you progress. You need to do all of them. pick one style each day:)
