Hey! I'am suffering from pcos and am 20+kg overweight. I wanted to loose weight. Moreover I wanted to reduce my breast size. Half of my wieght belongs there.. Its so embarrassing as I'am just 20 yrs old. Everyone stares at them as my fault.. I tried everything neither did I loose weight nor reduced my bust size. I thought of Strength training could help me but My family don't allow for gym. Can you please help me??????
@@wildchild8638 you have to stay on a major calorie deficit first. That’s 80 percent. Only 20 percent is exercising for that you should be doing cardio and strengthening 👍🏻
@@MoveWithAgnes my doctor suggested me to avoid cardio. I dont know much. And will i be able to do strengthening without gym?? Can you suggest me a pcod playlists

I started this on December 21st. Initial weight: 59 kg Goal weight: 55 kg Day 1✅ - Completed 30 mins. Day 2✅ - Completed half, 20 mins. Leg muscles are in pain.🥵 Day 3✅- Completed. Day 4✅- Completed.

This was an excellent workout. I feel like you're encouragement was perfect and really helpful It definitely kept me going. And it was the perfect amount of encouragement. Sometimes you get structures that give away too much and it's obnoxious and it sounds fake. Yours was motivating and kept me going. I feel like this really is a good workout and it's going to help me a lot thank you so much I appreciate everything that you do.
