What’s happening in this Blankman movie clip?
Tracking Minelli to his hideout, inside a factory, the two prepare for the final battle. Other Guy (David Alan Grier from Jumanji), however, is overconfident and is wounded, as his costume, unlike Darryl's, is not bulletproof. Blankman then defeats Minelli's goons with his electric "newchucks". Just when Minelli is about to kill the Other Guy, Blankman activates his jet-powered roller blades and captures Minelli, delivering him to the police.

What’s the Blankman movie about?
Batman fan Darryl Walker (Damon Wayans from Major Payne and My Family First) is a quirky, goofy, young repairman. He likes to tinker with gadgets that only he thinks are useful, has an overly optimistic personality, and is childishly naive about the harsh realities of inner-city life: the city's leaders are corrupt and the police are on strike after being denied pay. It takes the murder of his grandmother Walker, a strong supporter of Councilman Marvin Harris' (Christopher Lawford) anti-corruption campaign, by the henchmen of mobster Michael "The Suit" Minelli (Jon Polito from Homicide: Life on the Street), for him to become aware of the urban decay around him. Darryl sets out to become a superhero and fight crime. He develops a bulletproof fabric to make a costume and becomes known as Blankman. Soon, the mayor of Metro City is taken hostage and Blankman must act.
