- At the same time records showed Ra'Von Wiggins was applying to become an East Cleveland police officer, investigators said he was involved in a sexual relationship with a 15-year old girl.
The Cleveland police department is out of control up there I can just imagine the bs we don’t know about its time for some higher authority to step in before in hell break loose on that city smh .
