As the witness stated, this criminal is probably going to protective custody not general population.
That's another crime in it's self.

None of the ones in jail should have to fear more crime. The prisons should be setup to stop the cycle so that none of us have to deal with these crimes again once the ones in jail are released. If this Administration and Congress continue to see that no rehabilitation causes born Americans more and more harm. Why keep doing the same thing expecting an outcome that will not come without rehabilitation. We cannot continue to let these kinds of Representatives occupy Public Officials Departments over and over again. How much debt do they get to cause. It is an attack on born Americans lives when they are taxed for People who are deliberately failing to provide a safe haven and Security to the American People over and over again after taking the oath to do so. We keep allowing the most guilty and the worse ones to be employed to start more damages without immediate incarceration and rehabilitation for repeated intentional serious crimes in the work place without probable cause or authority. Thanks for sharing.

That judge is as crooked as him, the only one that's making any sense is the victim, the judge has the money, hahaha 2 years. If it was the other way around that poor victim would be serving 30+ years. F the justice system, get your money once he's out.

I told the Prosecutor, Mayor, and the Attorney General to remove all of those people who had failed to comply with the law and take mandated training hours. These two were on the list of people who had no legal authority to be there and under Ohio law weren't even peace officers. This is what happens when you tell the powers at be and they ignore you because they are so focused on keeping the pipeline to prison full. The issue is the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor who needs to be VOTED OUT!

How is it this criminal only gets two years, after robbing and terrorizing the citizens of East Cleveland!?! This is a Prime example of how some lowlife is granted a badge and they make the true professionals look bad and tainted, I was just received a msg from a former co-worker,asking if I hated the police, on the contrary, I have the utmost respect and consideration for those that step up and carry the shield, from an early age,our neighborhood police were cool and caring, I know we need law enforcement, but when they algo rogue, they must be prosecuted, because they know better, most of all they are a threat to society and the constitution which governs us all, none are above the law, and if we respect and protect it we will all be better for it, a fair and just society for all !!!💖😎💖

I feel sorry for the victim. It was hard for him to express himself due to be violation. He went through by the hands Bandit / cop. He wasn’t able to articulate his words correctly “ he was too angry …. Double standard justice.

You can't make any of this up. The defendant is straight out of of "Training Day" 😂😂😂😂😂. One of the victims shows up to court looking like Snoop Dogg with a Doo Rag on, scaring the White People.
I was raised in 5/9 BRIMS but I have enough sense to show up to court appropriately, which is probably why the only time I've seen a court is for jury duty 😂😂😂😂😂.

40k fine and only 8k in restitution. That would tell you off the rip who's hustling who. The court could care less about the victims they got a 40k bag. Now that the cop was convicted that guy should sue the city. Hell get a decent amount, more than waiting on the 2k that probably won't ever get paid. But yeah showing up to court presentable , my guy came right off the block 😆
