- Finally, we're going to finish the trilogy of large, beloved expansions by covering East Scarp! As the name implies, this expands the area East of Pelican Town. The difference this time is that you can add a ton of optional mods that perfectly fit in with East Scarp, or you can keep it simple and stick with the base expansion!

Thats was huge letdown wish there's mod to fix that
I think the creator was working on Jacob, but the issue is they haven't found a way to also move Eloise in as an additional NPC upon marring her dad- Rosa isn't planned to be dateable BUT she does have rival hearts with a character added by one of the addon mods.

The trilogy of expansion mods would be so fun for a chaotic multiplayer, but my laptop would explode. Have to keep this in mind for when I get a pc. Great video!
I've tried it. Its incredibly hectic. Trying to manage all the 60+ NPCs.
@@Pirokh done the maths, eventually after discovering all of them, you end up with roughly 170-180 npcs to manage (accounting for all addons). Add Lunna and the popular nexus npcs and u end up with basically 200-210 npcs…I love stardew, my pc don’t 😂😂😂
@@adonicetrig8908 I love Stardew but I'm not sure I love Stardew enough to befriend 200 something NPCs.
@@Pirokh bro just make coffee. It also makes the game really fun because almost every other day you get a friendship event. There’s even more npc mods. Always raining in the valley is for horny people who need to touch grass, don’t recommend that one

That's what I did! This is my first full playthrough and I love the amount of characters! Looking back...I'd still do it again but it is a bit much lol

It's super overwhelming but it's so fun. I have like 300 mods and it's like another game and another burning PC 💀

I used a bunch of expansions mods on my game (the trilogy included) but one mod i don't see talked about enough is Downtown zuzu! it adds so much stuff and is really fun to explore :)
I would honestly love to see you do a huge modded playthrough. Not like a challenge one or anything necessarily, just you playing a mod set and having fun. I really really enjoy your content, and honestly think you deserve WAY more views than you seem to get.
That would actually be utter chaos and is probably the easiest way to destroy your computer
giving my first modded playthrough a go and decided to add SVE, RSV, and East Scarp as well, so far im loving it! Wish me luck xD
There are 3 newer expansion mods, Durins Rest, Stoffton and Mineral Town. Be cool if those wear looked at.

One thing u did miss is that to the right side of the map, somewhere south of where the silo is, there's a little transition border between broken fences that leads to a "broken" bridge that actually fixes itself once the sunsets and there's a whole mystery to explore there.
Edit: the deep mountains area with the void goats is actually part of an planned update to the mod
I'm Switch-only - no mods for me - so I really enjoy these videos of walking through all of the cool stuff people have come up with. Thank you for sharing! I hope to see more like it! I would love seeing even just a basic playthrough :)

the red head npc in the area with the night fish at the back looks almost exactly like Yona from the anime Yona of the Dawn!

Loved this video. The Aquarium mod is gorgeous! We play on console and ios so would love to see you do a series including the aquarium so we can see it all 😁
I can understand it being intimidating making giant mod packs, but I think it's really cool when there's actual interplay between different mod NPCs.
So my current modding situation is having like 4 of the giant expansion packs installed, along with a boatload of smaller mods lol.
Also Juliet & Jessie's location can also be north of the Community Center if you have Expanded, which is pretty cool.
That part of East Scarp between Pelican Town and main East Scarp isn't even there then, instead you have the Expanded bridge.

i love east scarp, sve has magical vibe, rsv is like stardew valley part 2, but es has such romantic and melanclolic vibe to it, my favorite is always raining in the valley mod. and i want to wife up Jacob so badly! but, oh well, we can't always get what we want, can we?..
Jacob being unromanceable is crazy! The moment I heard he was a widowed veterinarian, I thought for sure you could romance him. It'd be neat if you could only romance him if your friendship level with his daughter is also high. Like, if she doesn't like you, he won't date. That'd be neat.

@@azurechan there is a gialogue option at one of the events, prerequisites of which you described, that suggests you can romance him, but I was not interested, so I've chosen "be friends" option. Don't know if he will not just decline the romantic advences, but there is only one way to found out...or you can google it

It seems like the mod creators of both Ridgeside and East Scarp like Irish names, Aideen (pronounces ay-deen), Maive (though it's usually spelled Maeve or Medb, pronounced like it rhymes with cave) and Sean (which is the original Irish spelling and not stanky like you said :P )

You completely missed out Cherry Orchard, to the east of the Inn.
Do characters from vanilla/expanded/ridgeside have pathing that goes to east scrap cause if so that might cause issue if you drop it in mid play through. What kind of issues? Well to be short the NPC will start walking through buildings and get stuck occasionally because there may or may not be loading zones. There is another mod that refreshes NPC pathing but I don't remember what it's called.
You forgot to mention on the Aquarium mod that if you click on the sign in front of each one, (The same sign you clicked that said "just and empty tank",) it will tell you more about each fish in the aquarium.

Question, did you try the new "expansion" so to speak, of East Scarp? the one from Sword and Sorcery
if this is located to the east is it still compatable with SVE considering it uses the east for Grampleton and such?
In case u never tried it and still want an answer or others want to see the answer: yes its compatible with RSV, SVE and the field. I have them all in my save file

I have so many expansions mods, which makes me use some cheats to be able to see everything, like automate, and timespeed, because otherwise even in the week i can go everywhere to get the forages

I haven't gotten any letter inviting me to East Scarp even though, from what I can tell, I installed everything correctly. And when I walk into East Scarp, there's no one there to be found. Is there something you need to do before you'll get the letter or have I messed something up?
I recently learned how to upload mods and now I’m at 50 lol I will install easy scrap too and aquarium 😂 I guess I’ll wait till my steam deck explode
i hope they connect the bus stop minecart to east scarp mine cart
theres a mod that does this and adds a ton more minecarts around town, like by the wizard and by the community center. its called integrated minecarts cant live without it.

Yea they were designed to work together. East scarpe villagers can even go to Ridgeside festivals
I wonder if all the big mods work together and how long my game would take to boot...
Im p sure ES is compatible in some ways with Ridgeside but SVE is its own beast so there's always a chance of incompatibly with each SVE update
