I'm proof this challenge works. I was able to cook and clean in my kitchen yesterday for 5 hours nonstop whereas before, 2 hours tops. My back gets fatigued easily but not so much anymore. I'm gobsmacked at the change in only 11 days!!!! Bring on day 12-let's finish this challenge!!!

I can't wait! My abs need extra help lol. I'm so mad at my dog, she snuck my CDornerFitness towel when I was about to take a pic of it and got distracted and she snuck it in her crate and ripped it up. I'm so sad! What a great towel! I just love it so I'm going to try to sew it up because I'm going to need it for your amazing workouts! . 😢😢😢
