Only criticism: Render is beautiful, walking should be slower and affect the camera with each step. Most softwares have camera plugins that do this.
Edit: Some people pointed out walking should be fast considering the situation, so I've updated my stance just to adding camera shake and corresponding footstep noises layered onto the shake so its more synced.

it's really good but the thing is the way the person is walking it seems more like they're floating to me, and when they run it seems a bit too fast

The sound design is what makes the difference when it comes to ambience adding to the horror factor, so you did a good job with that aspect at least.

How come there are so many animators that are incredible at animating but fail horribly at conveying normal human walking and running speeds?
because you have higher expectations for what is real.

@@LeaksHater no, there is an abundance of backroom videos where the character in question doesn’t move as fast as a train on steroids down the corridor, but I’ve been seeing these videos where the POV characters run and walk at incredibly skewed speeds more and more often for some reason.
why some people complaining about the speed. Not everyone is a "normal human". saying the protag is too fast for a normal human is like saying people with good psyche can't go to the backrooms. that doesn't even look faster then usian bolt.

Camera work is always a problem with other Backrooms creator, but since you're not doing the 2002 low-res camera filter, I can imagine this guy has a GoPro strapped to his chest instead. Probably a fit outdoors guy.
