i would work on some stretching, specifically straddle stretches to help the form of your flares. You'll be able to open up more and generate more momentum. Awesome job though. I remember when i first learned flares. Good times. Frustrating but it was worth it . also your headspins are dope AF

You are so correct I really lack the warm up and stretch stage. Now I know I need to focus on it more! Thanks so much brother!
