Dude I was surprised how good that paper is. Cuz it's like that neon green, if kinda glows compared to the cloth green screen which is just flat. Totally worth. We gotta film something soon man!
There are subtle ways to use green screen. Think about marvel movies. Most of those are green screened. But due to the different angles, you can't really tell. From what I can see, Neil Breen's background and foreground doesn't really match, it might be lighting or otherwise. But that is when it becomes distracting...
It depends on the situation. Sometimes you don't have the budget to get the look you want. So a green screen can help. You can also use a green screen for part of your body or an object you want to remove. There are many uses. I'd recommend finding ways to do it without the green screen. If it is necessary, then use it. Thanks!
maybe The way it looks a low budget green screen it's not necessary bad but if you compare to a film with a major Budget, that is maybe gonna took off the audience from the movie
I'd say the only difference is that big budget movies have teams of people dedicated to lighting. Matching the light of their background they use for the green screen and their character. So it looks more realistic. But it would work just as well with the green paper

Are you using a green screen in this video?
Nope
You forgot the lighting, the most expensive part.
