Chefs are amazing! I dont know how you guys do sooo much work, constantly moving around, remembering all different orders, the methods for each dish, etc. God bless you!
this is actually a chill kitchen i do this almost every weekend and half the chefs cant keep there cool when 150 checks are on within 20 mins of service
I use to love this working at logans! Grill filled to the brim with all types of steaks chicken and seafood and im just kicking out amazing food at a fast pace.
Honestly i don't understand how chefs cope, a couple of chefs I've spoken to work these horrendous hours, like 6am-11pm is the most common answer, 4 days a week, the heat in the kitchen alone is enough for me too bow out gracefully
I was prepping today. (Working a clo-pen). And I though, "I bet with the rain, dinner service is gonna be nuts", so I made two extra 1/3 pans of beef balls. And boy was I right about dinner service.
God bless these guys. I leave in part of the world where working in the kitchen without a hair cover (mobcap) is a serious hygiene issue. Where in this part of the world are chefs allowed to work without hair covers?
Respect, left the line myself , took an job as an event chef doing weddings and such keep up the good work and get your boss to pay you guys more you seem to have it in full control
There is way too many humans. God damn. I actually hate living in colorado springs now because this shit. This is why theres slaughter houses. Im so overwhelmed with all those physical tickets instead of the owners investing in computers. Idk how u do it.

same here, it depends on staff tho, some are chill others panic when it hangs, just do you and its fine
I know the feels of pulling those long PO😂. 20 years old, working as a restaurant crew.
@ArtyCalistro i know that feeling too well 😂
@@ArtyCalistro Actually while it's exhausting. I don't really mind about it, after all that's the job. But yeah it can be sucks😅
Clean ass looking line chef, alot of the people in your comments have never worked food service and it really shows.
Im a line cook at an Italian place and seen ALL those tickets gives me a fuking rush
Same bruv😂
Yessir

We stuck to 15 mins lunch/ 20 mins dinner..chits across the board
Good to see you again, chef.
I can't even cook for myself😂
That's where you really figure out if you're cut out for a life of nothing but bad sleep and stress
I give you, the line cook
You guys are my heroes 😢💪🤯
das honest work!

I work at chilis and on the Super Bowl on Sunday we were literally 20 full screens behind on orders the whole night😂 them wing orders be crazy
Those tickets are insane
With all of those tickets coming in at once, I wonder how long some of those people have to wait for their food. Awesome job btw!
30 is a needed arrival after a hour you’re cooked
So much fucking respect bro
Heads gonna explode bro
my nigga, that's a ALOT of meal tickets!!!
Why u cussing idc f ur black it’s rude bro
Shit gets real when the aprons off😰
White noise in the background is so tuff

Focus all ticket and working hard more😊
Why is this British guy wearing a Portland Timbers hat?
Jesus just getting your ass kicked by tickets these folks are unreal
This reminds me of Ratatouille
Those days
over worked, too many orders especially all at once. I mean look at that long string of tickets.
Hardly fine dining 😅😅😅
? where are your gloves
Slow day huh
no gloves is crazy work
No gloves are generally safer than with them
Have one person focus on single tickets have three people. Focus on 3+ tops.
Not how it works. Each cook has their own station so it really depends on what food is ordered. If salad is ordered than the salad guy will make them
Hope your getting paid well .
line cooks? fuq no they dont. its why we are addicted to drugs and alcohol. ill see you again for a 14 hr shift tomorrow
I’ve never seen a place that needs a screen so badly
@danielc1394 screens help significantly decrease ticket times. So much time is wasted by cooks fiddling with the tickets
Bro has not worked dinner service before
@@suchagoodyoutubename8987 I’m a sous chef guy. The screens are proven to help lower ticket times
@@suchagoodyoutubename8987 screens are proven to help lower ticket times but alright

Not those hands without gloves all over the fries!!!
🧤 best comment it's a no for me too
I love how people somehow imagine a gloved hand is somehow cleaner than a bare hand.
plenty of starred kitchens that are touching your shit bare handed you know lol. Stop crying.
No gloves is generally safer and if you think otherwise you know nothing about food service
No gloves .. big mistake 😢
Washing your hands is cleaner then wearing Gloves
Wash your hands
Real Chefs wash their hands buddy
bro go home lol your worse than people coming into grocery stores wiping down their carts. Like your groceries have not touched 50 hands.
No gloves 😐
We wash our hands mate 👍🏻
