  • Finally done editing all my footage from the last few years of building my first ever project truck. I ended up having to move out of my shop due to the property being sold and all tenants needing to move, so the build got rushed at the end of 2021 - had to piece it together enough to tow it home ... i will post SHORTER update clips from now on... no more 3 year long edits. Feel free to ask questions in the comments... thank you.
Special thanks goes out to : Saul Reynoso, Angel Figueroa, Glenn Garrett , Daniel Mccall, Jenna McCall, Dubbie Mcdubbs, Alvin Homen Jr., Clarence Deese, Brandon LS Fruth, Jose Pepe Hinojosa , Scotty pippin, Daniel Phoenix, Greg " Lasagna" lazcano - @metalbycharlie
Your parts , help , tips and advice were not in vain - thank you!
Also thanks to all those youtube channels that make this look waaaaay to easy and inspired me along the process : ‪@ViceGripGarage‬ ‪@FinnegansGarage‬ ‪@MotorTrendWatch‬ ‪@TheDavidFreiburger‬ ‪@luckysgarageshow‬ ‪@Donut‬ ‪@stevedulcich2656‬ ‪@MoonBuiltGarage‬ ‪@RetroAutoMN‬ ‪@PaintSociety‬

thank you so much for the support man! im hoping to upload more often instead of hoarding footage like this... i have a hard time seeing/hearing myself on camera when im editing ...so i need to get used to it i guess.

@theramchargers just do you man, don't worry about what everyone else is doing would be my best suggestion. I loved the no speaking style of this video. You could do more of those and take each piece of what your doing and make it it's own video. Like I'd like to see more of the fabrication and air bag install

I just acquired a 77 pop top....do you know the best way to r&r the top? Storage and removal lifting it off the truck n such?

@@jotterson1156 I built an arm that goes in an engine hoist to lift my top off.
I can then raise it high enough to get some tiedown straps it to the rafters to lift it up out of the way

    Ain't no 75. Stacked headlights are 79 through 81.

We got a winner!!! That’s correct .. the paperwork is 75 , when I bought it I thought the same thing , it had been crashed and repair with round light 79 parts and grille. I swapped in a quad light radiator support and grille to match my other 79… 75 on paperwork will allow me to be smog exempt , so I hunted for this thing

@@theramchargers that's what I thought. It's harder to find the stacked grill stuff anyway. Good work and it is work. Thanks

79-80 for the RamCharger and Dodge trucks. There were styling changes in 81, with one rectangular headlight on each side. I recently heard that the Plymouth Trailduster production ended in 1981, but I'm not sure whether the 81 Trailduster kept the old style or was restyled for its last year.
