$170?? That's steep for plastic bits. I ordered an eBay version for $65, and it looks exactly like this one. I covered the tabs that hold it to the seat with the felt side of velcro fasteners and sanded smooth any rough edges to prevent marring of the seat. Looks good to me.
I don’t know about ordering to your country. Search for the part number or ask a dealer. There are also a lot of aftermarket parts made in Thailand, not sure if those would be easier to order? Good luck and thanks for watching.
I actually use them all the time, it’s comfy to rest my feet back there. Otherwise I would, because it looks better without them. I take them off for the track.
Yeah I'd say that money can definitely be better spent elsewhere if someone's on a budget. But since I already have mine, I do like the look. I used to ride with a passenger about once or twice a year, but now that I also have a touring bike that's down to zero, so eh, I keep it on.

I mean to be fair that’s what all the body fairings are made of. But definitely not great quality between the 3 pieces.
