Good morning Doctor, I really appreciate your videos. I have reduced range of motion in one elbow ,doesn't streighten out, or bend as much as the other one. THERAPY ideas? Thank you so much. These can,t hurt !
Suggestion for a basic workout routine for our 70+ year old parents, that they would actually follow? My mother is seeing a PT for her neck (unfortunately she plays on the phone for extended periods all day, and has limited physical activity), and I hear that she isn't even doing the simple stretches and exercises at home that are recommended. She also has that bent over look. Maybe if I could get both my parents to do a simple exercise routine.

I had a treatment very similar to this performed on me by a physical therapist as part of my rehab following surgery for tennis elbow (left elbow). I honestly think if I had this treatment first, I would not have needed surgery. The physical therapist who did the treatment was the first physical therapist (I had been to several) who did more than just hand me a rubber band and tell me "You need to strengthen the tendon." Even now, my right elbow makes grinding noises when lifting weights, but I have no pain. The Internet sites all tell me to do bicep curls. LOL! I do bicep curls! That's where the grinding sound started! Thanks for posting this potential cure!

Hey Doc, will this help stop elbow clicking when working out with weights?
there isn’t much noise but I can feel my elbow clicking if that makes sense
I’m commenting cause my elbow popped and afterwards the popping sound stopped. Thank you so much!
My elbows pop every time I do a pushup and it is painless but happens every single time. does this video help in this case?
Would you recommend I use my percussion massager (hypervolt / Theragun) in lieu of the spoon or ball massaging? Or would that make it worse?
Dear Dr, is there any exercise you can suggest for ulnar nerve subluxation?
I've done MMA for a large percentage of my life and I've found as I'm getting older my elbows have been getting more and more irritated by the actions I make while fighting. the hammer and band exercises have been helping me with the cracking and poping I've been getting. it's not stopped all of the issues but I am optimistic that I can help strengthen the related muscles.
Same here except that I am young😅
Sending prayers for you dear sir!
Thanks for watching!
You are an elbow relief king
Thanks for watching!

Hello mate,
Do you do online consultations? I've had an elbow injury for over a month
Its not tennis elbow or golfers, it's at the back side of the elbow (opposite to the elbow pit)
I really want to get it fixed but don't know what it is
I believe it happened during heavy tricep pushdowns
Looking forward to your reply
James
Yes brother thank you worked like an angel 😃💚✝️
Glad it helped!
I am wondering if an ultrasound machine/therapy helps?
Dude is the goat, content pumping machine
Ha, well thank you! Thanks for watching too.
Can I apply any oil or?
Its really works, there was cracking sound and pain with that in elbow and after exercise, it just disappeared.
Wonderful to hear that, and thanks for watching!
did it really disappear?
I swear sometimes stretching seems like magic.
My man Dr. Rowe coming in with another great video. Can’t wait to give these a go before my practice tonight. Years of martial arts has had my elbow popping and clicking for years and you have never steered me wrong before! Cheers doc.
Please give us an update!
Hey, brother. Any update on this? I hope they worked for you!!
@@BunnyAssassin glad you asked my friend. It has clearly been some time since I made this comment. However the popping did go away initially but after a few months of training it would come back (I’m sure due to the blunt contacting and general fighting) however anytime it comes back I refer back to this video and it always seems to help! I’m sure if I stopped training as hard as I do it would subside for good.
@@mason2260 Thank you for your response and I'm glad it worked for you! My brother has the same issue, I'll be sure to send him this video 😁
Hey doc!!! I had this problem of popping elbows for couple of days when I did push ups
I tried that spoon method...
It helped,thanks a lot
Felt like miracle
Great to hear you're getting relief, and thanks for watching!
love it!

Thank you doctor 🙏
Thanks for watching!
So I tried the hammer and spoon fix and while it did seem to improve pain and stiffness, my elbow joint still makes a LOUD popping sound every time I bend it less than ~45 degrees. Should I keep doing the exercises every day to see if it improves?
Really clear instructions/demonstrations and I now feel hopeful I may get my elbow pain resolved. Just wonder where the 30 second part was lol
once you learn the part that resolves your issue, doing it in the future takes 30 seconds.
Did it help Henry?
@@nnyyync5334 wow, didn't realize it's been a year since I watched that, but no. Also, i haven't really incorporated this into my routine. Elbow pain got worse, especially 2 months ago. Believe it's some tendinopathy. Been getting better with some loading exercises. Have to sideline myself from basketball a bit (shooting aggravates it, feel it after/the next day) as well.
@@henrymoon5071 take care man hopefully we'll get rid of this I have the same issue while serving in tennis.
@@nnyyync5334 good luck to you too
Great video, Thanks for the informaition.
Glad it was helpful!

Thanks for watching!
Have been needing this fixer. Thank You.
Thanks so much for watching!
Thanks doctor
Thanks for watching!
Hey doctor, how often should I do these exercises? I'm 24 and I have been struggling with with elbow pops since I was 15.
These can be done as daily mobility exercises if they're helping!
Please make a video for back pain 😊
We have a TON for back pain, check out our video list!
