this guy is a hell of a player
They absolutely nailed that "vintage" vibe
I've ordered a Landreth signature and can't wait. Sounds amazing - that dual tremolo is something else and the clarity spot on. Roll on delivery date!!
I own a Two Rock Type III dual tube rectifier that sounds fantastic through a custom solid pine wood cabinet loaded with 2 X 12 Celestion Gold Speakers. They are boutique amps that bring a premium price, in return you get a very distinctive custom sounding amp made from high quality parts. Like all amps, you need to hear them in person live and play them in order to compare them to others.
Great job Corey! I got a Classic Reverb Sig for Christmas last year and I love it!
The Signature amp ROCKS!!! Great features!
Love my two rocks, best guys running it too.
I remember walking in to the shop where I worked when Bill Krinard was getting these amps going at the very earliest stages. It was surreal to watch them geek out about the sound that was developing. I don't even think they had the name Two Rock yet. It was developed just miles away from where Mesa Boogie was making amps in Petaluma. Bunch of tone freaks in Sonoma County to be sure, it just had to be.
Beautiful playing great Sounding amp ❤ 🎸
Awesomeness!
Wow that sounds great !
Got to play that exact amp on day 2 - video can’t capture how magic all those amps are
Best amps anywhere…..period!!!!! Both of these new offerings sound amazing. Great job Eli, Mac and Bill. I cannot wait to get my hands on both.
NoBody gonna get my mic 😆
Anyone out there preorder one? Did you go for the 35 or 40 watt?
Good job Corey
Sounds great! Does anyone know if the Vintage deluxe was being played though the 3x10 cab or the 1x15 cab in this video? Thank you
Just bought a Vintage Deluxe! Can’t wait
310
@@coreycongilio thank you and you sound great!
I want that Vintage Deluxe. So now I have to decide, do I sell one of my cars or my motorcycle?
Sounds great can’t buy one excellent marketing guys 😢
Corey is the best!
two-rock plus collings I-35😮😮
Looks more like an I-30
@@Michael-bm8hi Looks like it - A few Colling vendors have been spec'ing them with humbuckers instead of the typical P90
@@riqish Agree, there are also I-35s around withe trapez tailpiece.
wow, so that VD is like a black face and a tweed at the same time with that texture switch? is that the idea kindda?
Damn this things hot
Corey's playing just sold a ton of those amps
Love Cory. Also, that Collings... yikes
For a kidney and weak hand, it can be yours!
why are we looking at a video of super cool amps that are almost impossible to purchase? I'm not talking about money - they are worth the cost - but I live in Chicago (pretty large city right?) and there is almost no way to even see one of these much less demo, very much less purchase one. ......frustrating.
CME must carry this brand?
@@benlogan430 I'm in there all the time - they never have them in stock. I could order one - which I'm fine waiting for - totally understood. But I don't want to order, pay 5K for an amp I've literally never played
@@cheintz44 Dude just do it and you wont be disappointed . And if for some strange reason it aint for you....Youre not going to lose money on a resale.....btw...welcome to the left handed guitar world where these is zero chance of playing and trialling the guitars you want...,Put faith in the manufacturer
HANDS OFF THE MIC 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
How much?
$4,899
@@Thardus616 for just the head 😬
As they say in the movie beer fest,,,,,,"whats a ZJ:? If you have to ask.,,,you cant affordi t
Sounds good, too expensive!!
Sound is un matched....not to expensive....youre too cheap!
@@joellando500
Not exactly fair or polite to tell someone they are “too cheap” for not being able to drop $5k + Tax on an amp. You sir are out of touch. (I’ve read the other comments…I know, you have two Two-Rock amps, we are all very happy). For the record I am professional musician; loads of corporate gigs, theater gigs, and tours under my belt. I’m no stranger to really nice gear, I consider myself very fortunate and blessed to work as consistently as I do and own the gear that I have.
For me, I can’t justify $5k because I get constant compliments from fans and sound techs on my tone and I’m using an amp that only cost a mere $2k. I often play on rented backline equipment because of the constant travel and I’ve been met with less than stellar tube amps. I’ve even plugged in to solid state amps…oh the horror right? Nah, I’m a seasoned pro and my countless hours of practice are what get me through the gig.
From one guitarist to another... Bad form man. Seriously. Practice some humility.
wow sounds amazing - corey can play his D off ofcourse - just saying
$10k for the signature amp. Not for the average working musician.
prices on these are ridiculous.
I mean they sound great, but you definitely pay for the name, cause no components or handwiring can justify that amount of money
haha you clearly havent played one
@@joellando500 so you think they don`t sound great?
I don't know Iron man plays dumble
Only in my spare time...
Yet no human can get there hands on one without selling a body part. Great amps guys but really its becoming more about affordability for the working musician, your pushing us more into modelling than buying real amps at these prices. Yes your building works of art but we cant afford them.
Ive got two with all body parts mate..,,,perhaps applying yaself in study and nail a well paid job and also gig on the side. These amps are worth every cent!!!
Way too expensive
$5k plus tax for a blackface clone with different tremolo and a tone bypass switch...yikes
unpopular opinion. This doesn't sound that great. I think it's just a bad demo.
It’s pretty hard to get a sense of the real sound on UA-cam anyway.
I agree, my 1972 Garnet Sessionman amp sounds better.
