Look up dog KO sets. The skills are knockout king and I think status attack up helps. There's another skill I can't remember. And one of the palamute gear is that Red scroll, I forgot what it's called, but it's used for KOs
@@Wauly Ya I usually use guarding parasol, and the stagger scroll with k.o king, status attack up attack(s) with the highest attack sleep blunt weapon. When I google'd KO build I couldn't find it but maybe it's worded differently. I'm pretty sure what I'm already using is probably close enough to an KO build, but the procs on what I just saw on this Zinogre was just on another lvl. Might just have hit that dice roll.

As far as I'm concerned you can't custom request an attack boost talisman and it's completely by chance. 300+ hours on this game and almost endless melding and I don't even have a single talisman with even 1 level of attack boost yet. If you have one though however, lucky you :')
I actually have it too. Same exact talisman. I literally couldn't believe my eyes when I saw three levels of attack plus a two slot. I've always had crap luck when it came to lottery type games but the Monster Hunter gods smiled on me that day.
It might be more common than one might think. I have seen it many times in MH Rise videos and I even got at least two myself (and one with 3 attack and 2 one gems slots)
You know. I mained charge blade then swapped to longsword after watching your videos. Then I swapped to switch axe in mh world after watching another. I think I might just swap back to charge blade now in mh rise😂. Those wirebug attacks are awesome
@@MonkeyDPickle idk especially with apex zinogre he has too many attacks and little down times and does so much moves before big attacks wasn't easy but he was a challenge for sure, lvl 3 stun resistance is my friend for this hunt
@@Thee_observer for fast paced fights like ApxZin i use evade window max and extender with whatever armor i use. Helps keep my downtime to a minimum if i dont think ill have time to quick sheath ill just roll across and dodge easily. I think i maybe used 3-4 mega potions using Long Sword.

How do I unlock the apex hunts? I’m HR 83 and have done a shit ton of quests, along with all of the rampage apex missions, but only have apex arzuros available. What’s the problem here?

I have gone through hundreds of talisman and can't even get one close to that good. I have a 1 attack and a tier 3 slot talisman. That's the closest I have.
Surely you have a decent one for another skill you need like lvl 2 of a skill you want and a 2 slot? If not make sure you're only using the whisp of mystery and rebirth melding rituals.

I know this is late, but he’s using the condensed spinning slash switch skill. It was called Savage Axe in World and it replaces the charged sword in Rise if you decide to use it. Unlike World, it also allows you to still charge phials while it’s activated.

Found it, Counter peak then just press X again to continue your Condensed spinning slash. 20 hrs in charge blade and I just found out about it

How do you control which strong attack Rajang does? Most of the time for me, it does a fist spin and a ground pound instead of the electric beam...
Use the L stick. I think it is back plus A on nintendo switch (or circle in pc with ps controller)
