No instructions for temperature control. No charcoal filter size. No temperature controls

The plastic mesh caddy just put me off. No way should this be even allowed.

Thanks, their instruction manuel was useless.

I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. Impossible to buy replacement carafe so if it breaks the product is useless.
