Hi great product however is anyone else having problems with their touchpad on the airfryer? We took one back because couldn't get the touchpad to work consistently.. and now the 2nd one has the same problems, is there any film on the touchpad or something, although I can't see one and I've looked any help is appreciated .. both my husband I have tried but it's just not working properly xxx
