    You’ve probably heard of intermittent fasting. It’s a style of eating within a certain time frame and fasting during the rest of the day that can have health benefits.
    However, is it good for migraine?

    When I did intermittent fasting, I worked up to 16 hours a day. Unfortunately that actually triggered more headache days.
    Then when I cut back to 12 hours a day I was in much better shape.
    I think when it comes to migraine, people have to listen to their bodies and find out what works best in terms of fasting duration.⏰
