Great video. I see you wiping the coating off in a circular motion; I thought you only wanted to wipe with linear wiping. Can you guide us on that point?
PPF is not that expensive if you are only planning to cover the bumper and the hood where most of the road damage will be localized. Also some detailing stores charge you way too much to ppf wrap a car. You can custom order a good quality ppf online and diy yourself with a little bit of patience. I'm planning to do this on my matte ioniq 5 before the winter hits.
Many UA-cam videos specifically tell you to spray DI water on the car first, not to put in on dry, I have purchased dr beaslys matt coating and called them and they said you must use the DI WATER before applying, just for your information,Thanks
Found this channel recently and it’s one of the best informative detailing channels out there!
I just used this to ceramic coat my Model X that’s wrapped it matte PPF. Looks great and very easy to put on and only one coat needed!

Never had a problem using non specific matte coatings on this type of paint. Used both and can see no difference. It's just marketing in my opinion.
Is it possible to fix High spots?
Can this Matte Evo added on a fresh Avery Dennison Black satin Vinyl wrap?? Thanks
What you don’t know is the putting on PPF will make those scratches disappear. That’s the only way to get rid of scratches on matte paint.
Who said I didn’t know that?

Ummmmm. No
Can this be applied with multiple coats?
Any recommendations on removing water spots from a vinyl wrap? Left my Model S at a body shop for 6 months and was stored outside
On ceramic coated cars, should you always use a pH neutral soap? Or if the car gets really dirty, should you occasionally use a stronger soap?
You shouldn’t need “strong” chemicals with a coated vehicle. Most coatings are undamaged 2-11 ph
Thanks 🙏
Aren’t you supposed to spray alittle distilled water before you apply the ceramic coating?
No…
