French Bread Pizza is one of those easy weeknight dinners everyone will love. It can be made in only 15 minutes and is easily customizable. Making it at home is almost as easy as the store bought version but tastes even better.
You start with a loaf of French bread, cut it in half, spread on a thick layer of marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese and your favorite toppings. Toast in in a preheated oven at 425 degrees until golden brown. It’s so easy to make and is a family favorite dinner idea.

I've been making this for years, except I use pizza sauce, and I was taught that I had to put the bread in the oven for about 5 minutes for it to toast a little bit, then add the toppings and then put back in the oven. You don't do that, so I'm wondering is the bread soggy under your toppings? If not, I would definitely do it this way because it takes less time.😊

Tomato paste with salt, pepper, and Italian seasonings works better than sauce. Bread won't turn to soup when you cook it like it does with the sauce. We also low broil it until the too is golden brown, much easier.
