Last month I have a tinnitus, which makes me worried about my future and self, this ringing brought me anxiety. Later then I ask God to help me out, I read Bible and the driven life purpose book that helped me a lot to connect with God finding my true purpose. After days and weeks that has passed I learned to don't be bothered by this ringings and live my life according to God's purpose....And yesterday a miracle happened, God granted my prayers He allowed my tinnitus to heal, like I can't explain how it happened, like just suddenly! And for that I am very thankful to God, not just for healing my tinnitus but also for transforming me into a new person. God is so good, He just need to see our faith, He works in disguise, things are not always impromptu, God needs our patience.

Let me share my initial experience, you may or may not find this usefull.
Three years ago I heard constant ringing in my ears and I ignored it for 2 days.
Then I googled the issue and my symptoms matched with tinnitus and I was scared 😨.
My parents didn't take it seriously and ignored it 🥺..
Then I went to the ENT. I asked him whether it will go or not.
He never said it will go, rather he said it should go.. (I became depressed) tears were running all day.
3 years fast forward I am here still with tinnitus having no worries..
Time heals everything 🙂..

I believe the problem is either inner ear, neck or jaw that causes the ringing. Annoying sound I have learned to deal with for 25 years. Tying anything is better than not.

@@Bladez5 Go see a doctor (maybe like a ear doctor), they might recommend treatments like a white noise device.
If they don't give you any help, try a different doctor and they might help you but if white noise doesn't help, maybe get a herbal cure for tinnitus.
Maybe look on a UA-cam channel called Dr. Ogbebor herbal centre since they have a herbal cure for tinnitus.
I started taking “clear tinnitus” which is homeopathic. I normally don’t believe in homeopathic remedies, but this one works for me and incredibly well. If it is the placebo effect, I will take it, just don’t tell my subconscious.

I enjoyed watching this video. I made a video reacting to one of these methods as well. There are so many options to manage tinnitus. These physical manipulations rarely last longer than a minute of relief.
Dear Dr Ben. mine is very weird , if I listen to sound test at 11000-13000hz constantly for 1 mins
My tinnitus will be gone for like a couple of minutes and it would gradually come back with different tone (normally it's high pitch) but it will be toned down to cricket for an hour before it's going back to it's normal high pitch again.
I have just got tinnitus for 6 weeks, I don't know if I should repeat doing this stuff if it's harmful or will aggravate my tinnnitus :(

That is interesting actually. What you mention feels like what also happens in a acoustic space that takes all ambient sound away, you can hear a swishing, your actually hearing your blood flow.

Main thing is to protect your ears from continuous high decibel nose, and/or sudden loud report from gun shots (firing range, duck hunting) which hurt the sensitive, fragile inner ear mechanism's. Even getting caught next to a Fire Truck siren, you should put both hands over your ears!

I’m having a problem that no one is discussing yet. Choral music is a huge part of my life, but after COVID in January, I have had not only severe disosmia, but also a problem with my musical ear. If I’m a little tired, I can’t stay on pitch.

Using an electric shaver,any vibrator and they work
I had stumbled on a method that uses the end part electric shaver NOT the cutting part. You can even use an electric brush. Place vibrating part at the bottom on ear, not at the ear lobe but the part above it. If you press on it, you will hear a pop sound,
PLaying around this part of ear with vibrator until you hear fair good sounds.
When ready , try not to push the vbrator not too hard to locate the spot with loudest volume.
I started slowly and left vibrator on for 1-2 minutes, but they weren't effect then raised to 3-4 .That produced the results of not hearing tinnitus for a day.
Next day, I had a slightly ringing and I was able eliminate it with a minute session.

It's painful to watch these doctors in double masks
Only thing that works for me is taking shower head and run warm/hot water at back of my head, thats spot where problem suppose to lie,part of brain responsible for phantom noise. Do it in the morning for up to 1 min and I'm fine for rest of a day. If it comes back repeat it. I have it just few months and discovered it just now. Mix it with neck streaching every day proper posture through the day and proper cussion for sleeping and posture while sitting at desk, no bending neck while using mobile and i dropped earphones as i suspected it started after everyday use of it/and night .Some shoulders light weight lifting as well. Hope it will help to someone
The shower water is grounded so perhaps grounding discharges EMF?
The second video with the lady in blue, was discussing how she deals with her “lazy eustacean tube”. She’s a doctor of audiology and did caution about not pulling your ear violently. Her pulling out and up was done at an angle to allow her eustacean tube to open.
And that is correct. My husband went to his chiropractor for an adjustment and was in the beginning stages of an ear infection. He mentioned it to the doctor who did the same technique to his ear. He heard an audible "pop" sound and within a few minutes could feel his ear draining and the pain going away. He continued to massage the area behind his ear and it never turned into an infection, it was truly gone. It has also worked for my brother's ears that get plugged or stuffy feeling.

Supplements will not make tinnitus go away. But you can bring it down to a level you can bare.go low on sugar.salt. alcohol.

Mind goes real low at times. I have the buzzing sound in my head. It depends on what I eat so just find out what spikes your tinnitus to level u can't bear. And bring in down to what u can bare.

I learned this in sixth grade anatomy. There are tiny hairs in the cochlea that get stimulated with sound. That stimulation then goes to the brain. I have tinnitus predominantly in my left ear. In 1995 as an adult, I got mononucleosis, and for a year and a half was plagued with one infection after another, one of which went into my ears. What happened to me is that I had liquid mucus buildup behind my eardrum. To an ENT doctor, my eardrum felt like a brick wall. There was no motion. And, in the middle of my infection, I could not hear out of that ear at all. He ended up piercing my eardrum to drain the build up of mucus. Later, another ENT blew a white powder with a straw into the hole created by the eardrum piercing, and voila -- he cured the infection. Later they remove the little plastic tube that they put in my eardrum for drainage. He told me that the eardrum would seal itself and I suppose it did. Now what I’m left with is a bunch of dried fluid around a certain few hairs inside my cochlea, which prevent those particular hairs from being able to receive certain pitches. Additionally, they are gooped down with dry mucus, which causes the tinnitus. My cochlea needs cleaning. But how does one clean inside a cochlea? This will cure tinnitus and if you can figure out how to clean it, then you will have a cure for tinnitus.

I would think that if neck tension is the issue - your tinnitus would reduce when you lie down and rest your neck muscles

Magnesium Citrate 420mg tablet, twice a day, worked to lessen my mild tinnitus after around 4 days. I don't know if it will work for anyone here who has a severe case though. Mine was mild, just usually lasts 1 second and annoyingly happened as I approach the REM stage in my sleep (so that's why I thought it might be a blood pressure or nervous system problem that can be fixed with a supplement). I hope this information helps some of you.

Mild tinnitus is not like suffering from Chronic tinnitus.
Mine is the buzzing in the head 24-7 that comes from the 🧠 where all tinnitus comes from. Tinnitus is only a sound that you hear in your head or ears. The most common tinnitus is the ringing in the ears or buzzing in the ears.. but I hope people who has read my Comments realize that tinnitus can be a sound in your head. It can be a buzzing. Ringing. Hissing.

Tinnitus caused by Menieres? Fluctuations from a 4-10+ roar...episodes with vertigo causes hearing loss. Is there anyway besides sodium reduction to stop the symptoms that cause hearing loss? Been told a few times nothing we can do?
It's hard to tell, watching this, whether you guys watched the featured clips before posting, or not. I'm curious if you previously listened to the audio with them. It's obvious here that audio from them isn't a factor in your review here. With that in mind...the first clip presents a tapping technique on the skull, not a muscle relaxation technique. Not a single negative reaction? Hmmm...though the older doctor did murmur "Don't tell me you do that!" but the other one talked over him. We now know that tinnitus is more a neurological reaction than anything physical. This was shown a few years ago when a gentleman in the UK convinced his doctor to sever the auditory nerve on the side where he had the tinnitus...and when he woke up from surgery he still had it, though he was deaf on that side forever after.

I feel fatigued and exhausted all the time, can't sleep peacefully at night, the Tinnitus I m dealing with seem to be deteriorating each day. The causal-factor is not yet known. 6 months ago as I was sleeping on bed I heard a buzzing sound which at first I thought to be sound of mosquitoes but at last I realized it came from my ear.

One ENT specialist told me there are 3 causes of ringing in ears. 1. Stress. 2. Change in diet. 3. Ear infection. Most times I hear it and sometimes it disappears on its own.

Even the fullness in the bad ear is hardly noticeable. I'm gonna kill myself if my tinnitus doesn't go away. Already have my plans set out :/ This is a truly debilitating condition. I had it due to sinusitis, got surgery, it went away for 2 months. Complete silence. Then by late August it was back and worse than ever before. I have horrible loud static, electrical CRT type whine times 100, noise. No amount of sound will overcome it.

Lots of different ways and techniques to help with Tinnitus...
Also do lots of research online... There ARE methods that will help... !!
Start breath work and meditation. Call upon Jesus to focus you. Help you. Your going to make it. It’s not your time to go. Trust God. Have a thankful attitude to God and tell him thank you for your trials. He will help you. He won’t turn you away friend .
