  • It’s a lovely time of year when the Sandhill Cranes start falling out of the sky. They’re migrating up to the breeding ranges, which includes where I am in Wisconsin. In this behind the scenes, I’m taking you along for day one of filming a new video centering around my favorite bird, the Sandhill Crane.↓↓↓

    Hi Ryan, I have been watching your videos and I love them by the way, do you do any videos showing how to change the photos in raw and do photo manipulations and change the shadows and colours in the photos. I want to learn how to do this along with taking objects out of images etc. Can you point me in the right direction either where to go to learn or can you please start showing your audience how to do this. I’ve learnt to use my camera but this is the next step in my photography. Please please do some video tutorials on photo manipulation thank you. I would like to learn video again where is the best place to learn the techniques please. Keep up the good work Ian

      Thanks! And yeah, I'm loving it. It's the Atomos Shogun Inferno. It enables a few things the FS5 lacks without so it's a good combo. 4K 10b 422, 4K 120p in bursts, 2K 240p nonstop...

      @@RyanMenseWildlife I’m looking at the atomic ninja 5 with the a7iii. Would you still recommend the inferno for my purposes OR is it mainly because of your big boy camera?

      I think the ninja v would be more suited for that unless you wanted a bigger screen. The ninja wouldn’t give me the bump in specs like the inferno, so that’s why I have that one in my case. I don’t think that’s the case with alpha cameras where either have a particular advantage over the other.

    Do you have any videos on how you are able to keep birds in flight in focus when filming?

    • @RyanMenseWildlife
      @RyanMenseWildlife  3 роки тому

      I don't have any videos like that yet, sorry. Keep practicing :)
